[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong balance deduction

Regarding mob no [protected], my balance is getting deducting by rs 5 again n again, this has happened about 15 times, i have already contacted reliance and reliance said that this is a problem in reliance with apple users, we must refund ur money and will fix it soon but still this problem continues, i think this is the time of switch to JIO company as i didnt getting any benefit in reliance, instead my balance is gettting deducted and also users cant activate packs with USSD codes except rs 9 pack

Updated by Aaravmuradya is that some kind 0f joke, i have got only rs 5 as refund although my balance was deducted about 80 rs, refund my 80 rs, sr no was[protected]
