[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrong bill amount | |||||
My name is ran vijay singh. I have reliance post paid number -[protected], we are using this number since last 7 to 8 yrs and we are paying bills on time. We never do isd. Our billing amount is always between rs.600 to 800. Bill cycle is 27 th of current month and 26th of next month and due dates is always 12th of everymonth. My last billing amount was rs.749 and i paid rs.800 (Paid 12 jun-2017). How can my outgoing call is stopped on 18th july at 10pm. Billing amount outstanding messaged rs.2600/- on 18th jun although bill cycle is 27jun to 26th july. Reliance company started cheating to the customer and wrong billing is doing now. This shows that we should now stopped using reliance services. I was calling continuosly to customer care from 10:30pm on 18th jun and my call was waiting for half an hour and nobody replied. In the morning able to manage to talk customercare officer, they were not able to explain why the bill amount in 18 days i. E from last billing cycle to till 18th jun-2017 is rs.2700/-. My outgoing call is stopped now. I will never use and will advise in my all friends circle don't use reliance services as they cheat customer by raising wrong bill. Customer care service is worst-not supporting. Is anybody in india who can bring the problem to chiarman directly or they are powerfull and normal people will be always sufferer.
