[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — wrong bill amount

My name is ran vijay singh. I have reliance post paid number -[protected], we are using this number since last 7 to 8 yrs and we are paying bills on time. We never do isd. Our billing amount is always between rs.600 to 800. Bill cycle is 27 th of current month and 26th of next month and due dates is always 12th of everymonth.
My last billing amount was rs.749 and i paid rs.800 (Paid 12 jun-2017).
How can my outgoing call is stopped on 18th july at 10pm. Billing amount outstanding messaged rs.2600/- on 18th jun although bill cycle is 27jun to 26th july.
Reliance company started cheating to the customer and wrong billing is doing now.

This shows that we should now stopped using reliance services.

I was calling continuosly to customer care from 10:30pm on 18th jun and my call was waiting for half an hour and nobody replied.

In the morning able to manage to talk customercare officer, they were not able to explain why the bill amount in 18 days i. E from last billing cycle to till 18th jun-2017 is rs.2700/-. My outgoing call is stopped now.
I will never use and will advise in my all friends circle don't use reliance services as they cheat customer by raising wrong bill. Customer care service is worst-not supporting.
Is anybody in india who can bring the problem to chiarman directly or they are powerfull and normal people will be always sufferer.

NO, WE DIDN'T INFORMED ANY BODY THAT MY CONCERN ADDRESSED. NOTHING RESOLVE AND AGAIN WE RECEIVED BILL AMOUNT I.E IN ONE MONTH TWO BILL AMOUNT.
I wrote couple of mails to reliance customer care regardiing high bills(Rs2695/-) detail and my phones outgoing call is barred from 18th july2017.I received sms on reliance no.([protected]) on 18th july-2017 that my bill amount is rs.2695/- and my outgoing call barred.

I called customer care number i.e. 30333333 so many time but it was not connecting and in last i was able to talk customer care executive.
i asked why my bill amount is high pls give me details, but they replied that they are not able to tell why bill amount is high untill unless your bill will not be generated .It will be generated after bill cycle.
My bill cycle comleted on 27th july-2017 but i didn't received any detailed bill on my registered mail ID.

This is again we received sms of bill amount Rs.4193/- on 29th july-2017.My phone outgoing call barred on 18th july because of high bill i.e rs.2685/- and suddenly i recieved another bill amount I.E RS.4193/-
SEE HOW YOU PEOPLE ARE CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMER AS IN ONE BILL CYLCE YOU ARE SENDING SMS OF RS.2685/- ON 18TH JULY-2017 AND BARRED THE CALL AND AGAING RS.4193/- BILL WE RECIEVED ON SMS ON 29TH JULY-2017.
