[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong bill generated | |||
My reliance no is [protected] I had made excess payment of my bill during the month of june 16. I had made payment of rs 12, 000 on 25/06/2016 against bill of rs 3, 000 (Approx) and i had discussed with reliance customer care that balance amount will be considered as advance payment and this will reflect as credit balance and adjusted in next 5-6 months against generated bill But at present i have received bill of rs 942 and no settlement against advance payment is seen. I had checked with customer care but they have not reply in this matter. They have agreed that credit balance was available in my rim a/c on that day but later it has got transferred to some another person by internal approval. I have called several time to reliance customer care but they have not given any positive response. Several time they are saying that server is down pls call later to check details.
