Reliance Communications — Wrong bill made and assured it will be rectified as soon as possible but now denies. | |||
Hello, Here are the details of complaints Mobile no: [protected] Company name: reliance communications Description: i am a loyal customer of reliance since long. I was converted from cdma to 4g gsm on 30th may 2016 and i was told that i can use 10 gb since then till 4th july 2016. i inquired same several times from the outlet to customer care. Today my bill generated and i was shocked to see amount. my bill since many years was in between 300 -550 and not above but this time it was 1100 above. To my shock my data which was promotional offer was charged. I called delhi reliance appellate authority. at first they held up my call for 10 minutes and disconnected. i called again and a lady spoke to me and she denied that there is no such offer for now. I told her that i was told by outlet and customer care, she asked me their numbers. I personally went to outlet and told them. they still say that they were told it is not chargeable. Name of outlet: perfect infocom Phone: [protected], [protected] Then i called customer care and they also said it is not chargeable and told me that i have 100 mb more to use but i have used data as my bill is already inflated. How these people cheat, their customer care speaks something else and they charge us for promotional offers. Besides i was assured that these charges will be waived off within 2 -3 days and on 11th it will be settled but today customer care called and denied and misbehaved by disconnecting call.
