Reliance Communications — wrong bills are being sent and no customer service to resolve the issue | |
I am using the post paid connection from reliance communication and having plan of jalsa 699 where i get unlimited calling and data. Till month of june i was getting bill which was rental of rs. 699+tax. But after june they were sending the wrong bills by charging me for calls and data. Further, they charged me for advance rental in the bill without my approval. On contacting the reliance customer care over mail, as customer service over phone and web world has been removed, i got a call from them assuring me that the additional amount will be adjusted in my next bill and asked me to make the payment to resume my services, which i did. Even in the next month same thing happens. They stopped my calls and data services one day before i was intimated about my bill. On contacting the reliance over the mail, i was asked to make payment and assured me that entire amount will be reversed in my next bill. Again, in the month of september they send me inflated bill by charging me for data. I send them the mail on october 3rd the day i got my bill and still waiting for their response. Though i made the payment, my data service has not been activated yet which has been deactivated from september end. Can any one help me where i can escalate complain against the company?
