Reliance Communications — Wrong Bill/Wrong internet charges | |||
I have received my bill for reliance postpaid no. [protected] and I was shocked to see that i was charged for internet even after i had an active add on internet pack on my no. . I don't understand how a mobile co. can cheat a customer like that.I want the same to be waived off at earliest, this has caused me a huge inconvenience. Also my customer care line has been blocked for more than a week and i'm unable to contact the customer care. Poorest service i've ever experienced.Please rectify the same at earliest from your end. and hope the internet charges are waived off ASAP. Also find attached the screenshot of the sms confirming activation of add on net pack on my no. the same is encircled. Was this information helpful? | |||
