I was charged wrongly on my October bill 2016 for [protected] for data of 69/- including service tax. On complaining I was misguided and said that data is not given on pro-data basis so I'll have to pay for what I have not used. Few months later, same issue happened but than they told data is give on pro-data basis too. And when I argued they gave me a waiver of 2.5/- instead of 69/-. Please help me out.
