[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong deduction of balance | |||||
My contact no. Is [protected] my account balance was approx Rs. 25 and it was deducted on 10th of August then I called them n they refunded the balance. But on the next day on 11th of August balance was deducted again but now they are saying there is some technical issues so call after two hours now approx 10 hours have been passed I called them again they said your balance is not refundable right now.
