[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong deduction of balance

I have all India free call plan activated on my cell no. [protected].
Then i had recharged with 200 rs. On 20th jan and thereby i had balance of rs. 300 in total.
Now when iam checking all my balance has been deducted even iam not able to call customer care.

Also same thing has happened before with me but i did not complained but this time they have deducted more than 200 rs. Without reason.

Pls. Help
