[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrong deduction of balance mob no [protected] | |
During last 4 days my balance has been wrongly deducted without making any calls. Further there was connectivity problem but balance has been deducted without using any services. My Balance was more than Rs20/- on 14-5-17. On 15-5-17, I got recharged my account with Rs30/-. I have not made any call during last 02 days. Some calls were made but calls disconnected many times due to connectivity problem. It is requested that deductions made on 15-5-17 may kindly be credited into my account as I have not utilized any service. Was this information helpful? | |
