To know my balance I dai *367# accordingly my balance shown Rs.54.23 to know more dail*129*02#.Again I dail*12l9*02# than massaga shown request not completed but Rs.09/- detuctedfrom my prepaid a/c.Accordingly I talk customer care Mr.Harish at 3.10 p.m. he told me due to upgradation your complaint can not be written Hence I am sending this complaint and request you to refund my wrong detuction at the earliest please.

i dialed *129*02# on 13 june around 4:30 pm,

after dialing my balance was left to 15.xx

what should i do, whom to complain .

i want my balance back.
