I spoke to Reliance Customer Care CSR on MAR 29 asking if I can recharge with Rs. 398 to get 10 GB 3G data. This call was made from my reliance prepaid mobile [protected]. I was advised by the CSR that I can recharge and will get 3G data of 10 GB. when I recharged online with 398 I got 2G data not 3G.
I have been contacting customer care from my other mobile number [protected] but no one seems to help. CSR Ankur gave me a TAT of 24 Hrs so that they will listen to the call & get back with a solution.
Till date I have made several calls with no solution. When I ask for a manager, I was told that there is no manager on the floor during nights & I need to call back at 9 AM in the morning.
I have asked them to either refund the money so that I can recharge with 225 to get 3G data or give me what was promised.
