Reliance Communications — Wrong promises | |||||
I am a reliance wipod user, i have been using 3g dongle at a rate of 1000rs for 40gb and when they changed to 4g it was informed that there will not be any change in plan for next six months. Based on this information i bought the new 4g device. After first month i received a bill of rs 9375/-. When i contact them they informed that they have changed the plan and they are not ready to talk much about it. My customer no is [protected] and bill date is august 18. I need the plan back and a wavier in the old bill. Was this information helpful? | |||||
