[Resolved] Reliance Communications — wrongly bill issued - phone number [protected] | |||||
Postpaid mobile number: [protected]. We have received bill for august month in which its showing amount due rs.3415/-, whereas after payment on 10/07/2017 for rs.1073/- we haven't received any bill at all. Today when we have visited your reliance office in mathikere, they have given print of the bill for the month of july, in which its showing monthly rental of rs.1368.60/- whereas our monthly rent is rs.349/- and even the bill which we have received for the month of august its monthly rental is showing Rs.999/-. Neither we have changed any monthly rental then without our intimation how can you change the monthly rental. We request you to kindly reply back over the phone number [protected]. Even we are trying to call customer care from past 3 days but the customer care is saying that its service is not available for the time being.
