Reliance Communications — Wrongly Billed me for Months

I had two Netconnect + dongle and I was using 5GB Unlimited Postpaid Plan for both of them. Few months back the rates for the same plan came down but no changes were made while billing, I was charged the old rates which were very high according to the old Postpaid plans for the same service provided by Reliance .Reliance customer Care is also not taking any responsibility in this matter to refund me the money I paid extra .
