[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Wrongly twice recharge same net pack | |||
Dear concern I have recharged online on my no [protected], 2g net pack but in 1st time i got error while paymet process and I didn't received msg for recharge and not for amount diduction but when I recharge 2nd time I got msg for recharge successful also after some time I got another recharge msg which got failed I visited reliance outlet for cancellation of one recharge but they refused to take complaint ask to call on 198 no to register complaint But on customer care they clearly deny to cancel recharge and refund amount of one recharge Please take immediate action and cancel one of the recharge and refund amount for thw same Tarun Indore Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 26, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Company have transferred balance of 1 recharge as my talk time balance and good support by them to avoid my loss Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
