Dear Sir, I lodged a complaint today morning regarding incorrect balance deduction and I was informed that the balance will be refund withing 6hr. But the same was not done hence I call up to CC 4 times and getting only one response from your executives "Sir please wait for some time" I also spoken with the floor manager MR Arif whose behaviour was not appropriate. He was using dominating voice and speaking in a matter of fact tone. If this the behaviour of a manager then m afraid how your executives behave with other customers. Mr Arif asked me to wait for 24hrs to resolve the issue with a very harsh tone. But at around 11:30 pm I got a call from +[protected] and the person said to me that he is from the technical team. The guy asked me to call 20 times to cc and disconnect the call within 10 sec. He informed me that this is required because of some recording purpose. I denied to do so. The concern is how come some one from the cc can call a customer and try to fool the customers for balance refund. Would also like to inform u that my complaint was taken for a dispute of 61rs but after that also my balance has been defected around 20 to 25rs for data where as I was having data balance. In total approx 80 to 85 rs has been deducted. I expect the same will be refund on priority and would appreciate if you can give some feedback to the manager and the guy who out called me.
