Reliance — complaint regarding promotional calls

This is Tarak naskar from kolkata having your prepaid customer(Ph no-[protected]) getting promotional calls from your company as i activated DND service from more than 8 months.I told already this to your agents and customer care team regarding to stop but they are not responding at all. This is very annoyed because i am getting these promotion calls repeatedly.And this is my first mail to you guys.Also i am attaching two recorded voice files which i talked to customer care and agent as well(promotional call).I am very happy to have your service but this thing is very weired.
