"i was called to customer care before recharge 359 Rs, customer told me, this is valid offer for your number.you can do recharge before 18 july.

then recharge 359 rs.
I have not received 10 GB data At recharged 359 RS. Message Comming in my number from Last 20 days.
"rs 359=2gb+8gb for 28 days"

(3) then i call to customer care (regarding to where is my 8gb data)...customer care kehta hai "abhi hum aapki service check ni kar paa rahe hai. kripiye 2 hour ke baad call kare."
fir muze 8gb data mila

(4)fir mene agle din check kiya ...mera data balance 0 kb show kar raha tha.

mene customer care ka no 30 bar try kiya hai...jab me 9 press karta tha. Tab muze ye sound milta hai"customer care ko call karne ke liye dhanyavaad" .aur call disconnect ho jati thi.

mene reliance ka android app bhi down load kiya...data account balance show ni ho raha tha.

fir mene customer care ko mail ki ...koi reply nahi aaya...fir 3-4 din baad reliance ki dusari ID pe mail kiyaa...fir muze reply aaya..

mere pass pahle se 80 mb data tha...use hata ke muze 8 gb data de diya(27 -july ko milaa).. and data expairy date 27-july-2016.


QUESTION FOR CUSTOMER CARE::

(a)Mere number par "10 gb" data offer ka message bar- bar kyu aaya?

(b)Kyun mera number block kiya hai..?---customer care

(c) Kyun muze data pack nahi mila?

(d)Kyun Muze expiry date ke din 8 gb data pack mila.
