Reliance Customer Care — Complaining about refund of rs 33 without my concern

I called to customer care. The lady named afreen begum who was working in hyderabad call centers. She doesn't know how to behave with customers so rudely speaking and misbehaving. How you people are hiring such guys in customer care. I asked to refund my 33 rs which you people have deducted. She straight away denied. So refund my money orelse i will take legal action against your executive afreen begum. You people are running a big company to cheat and deduct money from customer. Shame on you. Otherwise arrange call from a person who can give proper customer service. I am facing these problems since 6 yrs but never complained against any executive but this time such a pathetic service provided by your executive afreen begum.
