Reliance — Customer Care Replies emails but No Action against compalaints

Hello ! My net not working since two months and during this period I send many emails to complaints. The customer care registers the complaint and replies after two days that your compliant has been resolved. There have been 20 - 30 emails sent to them but there service is simply of no use. The DNS server is not responding. IP configuration is not valid. They do not want to repair the connection. My subscription id[protected] Name: Sunil Modwani

Updated by sunmod Received a call from them on 26th November and I was told that the issue will be solved within 3 days. I am waiting for their immediate action.
I hope they take it seriously.

Updated by sunmod You keep me waiting for repair the net for more than two months. Now how much time will you take to cancel the connection. Kindly confirm that my connection is cancelled so that I do no worry of YOU PEOPLE KEEP BILLING AND SENDING INVOICES.
