Reliance Data Card — Connectivity received but page can not be opened.

Dear Sir, Since last two months I am complaining about my deta card No.[protected] but always i am getting response that our server has been down, Pl return my money what You are charging monthly as deta card is not giving any service and your office unable to resolve problem.
