[Resolved] Reliance Data Card — Too much of bill and Unnecessary charges | |
Hi,
I am srinivas and using datacard [protected]
Last previous month my bill was charged with 100rs as late payment charges.I had called to customer care and check with Mr.Rajesh and he committed that he would do the reverse that amount.Then i paid the amount.After two days one lady was called me and asked to pay 20rs without telling any reasons and she was spoken me with some insult words.Some value on reliance i had paid that amount.Now the main story begins that there are no reversal amount happend in my bill(Which was committed by rajesh) and put again 100rs extra in this month also.Then i stopped the payment and complaint in customer care.But as usual there is no response from reliance.
Now the peoples are disconnected my datacard without any communication.
