[Resolved]  Reliance Datacard — Request you to refund my money

I have registered WI-Pod connection with number:- [protected]
My Datacard plan Rs 999 (Revbpro3_20GB_999_250_12M - Monthly 20 GB with speed upto 14.7 MBps).
While ordering Wi-pod plan I was assured by your support that I will be getting a minimum speed of 3.1 Mbps - 4.5 Mbps at my location.
However, things were different when I checked after activating my device. I was getting only 2kbps - 50kbps (PFA) which is 2000 times slower to what your customer support guys promised.

Just to load single page on gmail or facebook, your Wi-pod internet was taking 5-8 mins.

So I have raised a complaint no: "[protected]" on Slow internet speed on "19th Dec 2015" and till now the issue is not resolved. I tried all possible troubleshooting but nothing helped.
I even checked the speed at various locations with in Pune City ( Office /Malls/ Hotels/ stores) but nothing helped.

After raising the complaint I have contacted Reliance support for more than 12 times during this 25 days to get an update on status but every time your support person was miss leaded me with false promise that issue will get fixed in 1 - 2 days.

I even tried to contact Reliance stores from where I purchased this Wi-Pod device, but even they were of no help. They asked me to again call up Reliance support.for assistance.

Very much frustrated with your support false promises. I switched to Other ISP where I am getting 1000 times better speed than yours.

Now, I do not want to use this WI-pod anymore and need refund.

I have paid Rupees 3000 for this device and request you to refund my money back.

Please do the needful.
