I am absolutely disgusted by the way the call centre of reliance has been responding towards my request of terminating the services. I intend on leaving the country in a few days and i cannot continue any further with the reliance netconnect datacard. I have been trying to get my services terminated for the past five days and the call centre people have either been cutting my calls mid-way or putting me on hold for over 15 minutes. They keep...

My Datacard plan Rs 999 (Revbpro3_20GB_999_250_12M - Monthly 20 GB with speed upto 14.7 MBps).
While ordering Wi-pod plan I was assured by your support that I will be getting a minimum speed of 3.1 Mbps - 4.5 Mbps at my location.
However, things were different when I checked after activating my device. I was getting only 2kbps - 50kbps (PFA) which is 2000 times...
