[Resolved]  Reliance Datacard — Unable to terminate my services

I am absolutely disgusted by the way the call centre of reliance has been responding towards my request of terminating the services. I intend on leaving the country in a few days and i cannot continue any further with the reliance netconnect datacard. I have been trying to get my services terminated for the past five days and the call centre people have either been cutting my calls mid-way or putting me on hold for over 15 minutes. They keep saying that only if they connect me to the separate department for the termination of services can it finally get terminated but they disconnect my line till then.
I am thoroughly disgusted and tired of this. My datacard number is [protected].
Please fix it.
