We have purchased a lenovo laptop on april-19 at reliance digital, navalur. The customer service is really worst where we were given a lot of false information about the payment offers. Finally, we decided to use a citi bank cc and made the payment via paytm. We have opted for a emi pay mode of 6 months with a an assured interest of around 1300/- rupees. But the csr was not aware of the info that if we make payment through paytm, the emi process will not be successful. He did not informed as well. Finally, the payment was done and we have received the full amount to be paid in single shot in our current month cc statement,

The csr is so lethargic that he is not aware of the payment offers in their own store and he is so ignorant that he did not informed us during our payment through paytm, that no offers are available for this mode of transaction. We have contacted the store multiple times, but there is no proper response. We visited the store directly, but the manager response was so irritating that he said nothing can be done from their end.

This fraudulent activity from reliance digital navalur is so embarrassing that we missed the valuable offers at other good stores like croma, viveks, vasanth &co etc. I seriously recommend not to visit this store of reliance digital for buying any products and get cheated like us.

The store manager mr. Parthiban, csr ayyanar are responsible for this worst management and cheating the customers with false information. This is the worst store i have visited ever and waste of money and time.

What is the recent update on this issue, you people keep cheating media and public saying that the issue is being looked upon. but it is 3 months now, there is not even a single call you did to reach us. worst and fake company reliance digital.

    I have purchased a volta’s ac from reliance digital on 31 march. Installation guy come from reliance digital to install my ac. Didn’t properly install it and my ac gas is leaked.
    I am calling reliance digital customer support to service it. Everytime i call they say their guy will come today evening or tomorrow morning.

    But no one is coming. It’s almost one week has past now.

    I didn’t expect such installation and after service from reliance digital. It’s better to buy it from near by ac shows.

    I had a word on toll free number but didn't got any update since yesterday, need to escalate this urgently
    I would like the get my ac repaired on priority and update me regarding this as it's been my revthan 24 hours and I have not received any update on the request

        We have booked a product in reliance digital, miyapur, hyderabad. The have promised to deliver the next day which they couldn't and had put on a flat excuse that we were not reachable wherein our details address was given. After complaining several times a false message appeared as the product is delivered. This has put us in question about our purchase from reliance digital.

          Yesterday i went to buy air cooler at guntakal reliance digital. They showed me nice model piece nice quality cooler. I selected to buy symphony 110 touch yesterday rs 19500. But today delivered with different quality. It seems very low quality it may cost look like around rs 5000. Another third party is selling the products without knowing the reliance company. Remote control also not working very low quality. I want return the product as early as possible. Please solve my issue

                  I have purchased 2 reconnect split ac 1.5 t from your reliance digital jabalpur mp outlet on feb 2017. ([protected]-my registered mobile no)

                  Later purchased ac is giving problems from the beginnings of the subject matter and its complaints were promptly being raised. All its periodic services were carried out timely in due course.

                  Every now and than complaint of the subjected matter can be verified in your systems by varying my registered mobile no. Complaints were made obviously in summer /hot season.

                  This particular products is still in the same mode of non cooling and making noise. Promptly raised complaints was raises on 10th /30th april 2019 and again in many a times in may 2019. No resolution is done as on date.

                  Local reliance digital representative (Ms parul-[protected]/2661782) at jabalpur are unable to answer about the resolution stating the repairs is carried out by some 3rd party agency. The same complaint has also been registered in your toll free [protected].
                  After speaking to 3rd party repair representative [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/ but complaint not attended resolved.
                  Now this very talented team either avoids call or switch off their calls on me

                  I am feeling like a fool & cheated by purchasing your two acs, suffering in 44/45 c in hot summer.

                  I need now replacement of my default ac in no time.

                  Hope the concern is promptly addressed

                        I have taken voltas ac with safetab stablizer but from the date of installation the stablizer is not working. Despite repeated telephonic complain, the authority of reliance digital is not taking action. Besides, the installation mechanic also charged rs. 400 for installation which is absolutely free. All disputes have already been shared with reliance but they are taking action at all.

                          The product got a major damage. On 3rd april 2019 we given a request for service within 1 week they come and tell the board of tv got damaged and parts will be reaching in 2 days and they will come for the service. Till today even they are n9t backup for our enquires. Several times i went to the showroom but they said courier with parts is not arrived, it is on the way, it arrived etc. But now it is more than 1 month till now there is no response from them. They even hesitate to pick up the phone while i am calling. I need it repaired or replaced immediately.

                            Hi i am sanjay mishra..

                            Last week i have bought a reconnect tv (32inches) from reliance digital punjagutta store, hyderabad, telangana state.
                            As i was looking for 10k budget, and reconnect was the only product i could get. Below are the detial of purchase
                            Purchase date:28april2019;
                            Delivered:29th april.
                            The same day technician visited our home for installation. During installation we found there was wrong walmount ankle (24inches). When we asked him (Technician) for the same. He asked us to raise a request for new walmount (32inches). Some how we got customer relationship manager's of that particular store. She said she will get back to me in 5minutes.
                            But she dint called us. On the 2nd may i visited the store to raise a complain. But to my surprise they were not aware of the issue, don't know what service they are providing to customer. They finally promise me to deliver the new 32inches bracket by the same day evening. But still no response.

                            Really frustrated with there service (Reliance digital).

                              It has been 30 days that i am compla8ning that the service of my aircon is not properly done and still the service issue is persisting, so far the problem has not been rectified and i lodged complaint first on april 10th and after servicing the trouble starded again, and as the service warranty is about to expire in the month of july 19th, the service people stared to show all the stars in the day light itself and started to drag the issue, i dont know why there is no proper response from the service team, is it the sam case with others, these people started to trouble, if the same comtinues i will goahead filing case againt the service team and reconnect manufacture for their false promise

                                Hi all,

                                I have been facing a lot of issues, i purchased a hitachi ac from reliance digital v3s mall nd also purchased a resq plan from them only i have been calling the customer support from 24th april for the service they said they will take care with in 24 hours but now today is 1 st may i have neither recieved any call nor there has been any technician allocated,

                                Its too hot in delhi nd i have a small kid because of him we had purchased the ac i have called the customer support most of the time number is busy nd when you get connected there is a same script we have higlighted this concern our manager will call you nd everything will be aorted out nd i mmhearing the same thing from last 4 days, when i ask them to connect to there manager they simly say they cant or manager is busy on another call he will call you but when you fight nd ask to get connected they put you on long hd for more then 30 minutes so that you simply disconnect the call..

                                Now i am frustrated badly i tried calling the number provided by v3s mall location in google but it says wrong number..

                                Please help me i have sent a mail to them

                                    I have reconnect tv 32 inches april 05 on wards my tv not working. I have contact customer care several times but no response. Each time when i contact to them with in 48 hours it attended by our service person like they are informing but several 48 hours completed but still my problem was not solved.                                       Recently i have purchased lg-q18gwzd (1.5 ton 5star) ac on thursday. While purchasing, i have requested the concerned to deliver the product on monday. Same has been agreed and assured by the same. I have called the same person but there is no proper response from them. Kindly consider the issue as it has been 4days from the date or purchase and counsel the concerned so that there won't be any inconvenience to others.

                                        I bought a 1.5 ton bluestar window ac on 23/4/19 from your store at relance retail limited pinnacle mall, sector 10 dwarka and your engineer installed it on 24/4/19.in half an hour after installation it came out from window and fell on ground. And now after repeated visits and calls, no one is coming to fix the problem. Is this the after sales service provided by reliance. Pls do the needful at your earliest.
