I have purchased hitachi split ac 1.0 t yesterday from reliance digital aundh pune near west end and delivery was assured today and delivery person me. Vijay ballal was ringed me about asking address aven though i have mentioned it clearly at the time of purchase but till now i have not received the delivery and now all contact nos mentioned on invoice are getting continuous engage or call transfer even delivery person mr. Vijay is not responding.
Pl. Let me know whether reliance digital is a authentic electronic outlet or not

      Dear team, recently i purchased a tv from reliance digital esplaned bbsr of rs. 45000/_. The store incharge 1st convinced us to buy with emi for 6 months so that no extra cost will charge... But as per bank statement for 6 months extra 6thousand rupees will be charging which is showing in statement... Another case is the store incharge also told us that the airtel setup box will be free with this but again extra 1500rs. Taken by the airtel setup box person...         I bought a kent water purifier with extended warranty in reliance digital, coimbatore, india in 2017. I called the customer care on april 9th 2019 and registered a service request to replace the filter for the same. I didn't receive any service till now. I have called the customer care many times in between but with no solution. They are always telling that a technician is assigned bu nobody has called me up yet.
        Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Raised a request on 8th April for the above mention service request, but still waiting for a response.

        Have escalated to CEO customer care but then also no response.

        kindly look into this and provide a solution ASAP

          सर सयैद ट्रस्ट i-2ff कृष सिटी तपुकड़ा 301707 ने रिलांस डिजिटल स्टोर भिवाड़ी कैपिटल मॉल से एक 32 इंच tv reconnect smart 32h3282s दिनांक 16.04.2019 को खरीदा था जब tv ख़रीदा तब आपके भिवाड़ी executive सुशिल कुमार और उनके साथिओं ने बताया की tv लैपटॉप से डायरेक्ट कनेक्ट होगा! परन्तु जब स्टोर से इंस्टालेशन और डेमो के लिए executive आया तो कनेक्ट नही हुआ और अब बता रहा है की ये tv लैपटॉप से कनेक्ट नही होता, हमने tv सिर्फ इसी उदेश्य से लिया था warelees लैपटॉप कनेक्शन के लिए और अब जब ये tv लैपटॉप से कनेक्ट नही हो रहा है तो ये हमारा उदेश्य का नही है!

          अत: आपसे निवेदन है की tv वापस करवा कर रिफंड करवाने का श्रम करें!

          मैंने एक reconnect का LED smart tv 32 ख़रीदा था जिसकी मैं मैंने कई बार शिकायत दर्ज करा चूका हूँ ! लेकिन अभी तक समस्या का समादान नही हुआ है, जब की मैं हर दिन फ़ोन कर रहा हूँ, बताया जाता है आज होगा/कल होगा परन्तु कोई जवाब नही मिलता ! मेरा आपके निवेदन है tv का रिफंड जल्द से जल्द कराने कष्ट करें ! अन्यथा हम उपभोक्ता अदालत में शिकायत के लिए मजबूर हो जायेंगे

            I have bought an lloyd 1 ton ac from your jio store kelambakkam, chennai on apr 11th. Next day 2 persons came for installation and everything was set. That day night when we switched on ac its working fine and after half an hour we got some error in display as ec. Then we contacted jio store next day, they said they will send some persons to check on that. But they didn't. After repeated calls they gave a toll free no and asked to raise a complaint with reliance digital.
            On 17th april we raised a complaint with reliance digital customer service and they told within 48hrs issue will resolved. Guess that 48hrs is still on the way for reliance. We have called more than 5times and they were repeatedly saying the same answer that technicians will come today before 4pm.
            Till today we were unable to use our new ac. And excellent service from your end.. We were extremely happy to waste our hard earned money with reliance. All the best for your upcoming projects. There are millions of customers like us to waste money by trusting your company.

            Buy a water purifier LG from reliance digital namakkal on date 16/04/2019 staff commitment of delivered on 22/04/2019 but today till now not delivered. And not satisfactory answer given by staff. I am daily calling but not given satisfied answers talking today deliver today deliver. Very bed experience
            I have the reliance warrenty for my laptop they said dell does not have the parts so they provide me with comercial value they said it will reach you in 15 days but it almost a month they did not issue me a cheque .I frusturated and hate the reliance service the worst service i ever seen .

              We have registered a complaint on 28th March 2019 for carrier AC servicing. Now its almost a month have passed and we haven't received any response from the concerns. And when i called customer care today, they said call ([protected]) has been closed and they opened a new call on 13th April19.

              No one has visited to check the AC. I dont know how it has been marked as resolved. I am still chasing by calling daily to Reliance team..but still no resolution provided. And they are in hurry to mark the complain resolved. If you are not able to provide the service then refund the money back.

              Yesterday (26th April19) technician BHOLA ([protected]) visited, checked the AC and said it cannot be repaired here, it need to be send to the service center.
              Same time i called the pickup person IMRAN ([protected]), he said i can't picked today.

              today (27th April19) again...i called many times to the concerned team...no one picked the call

              IS THIS THE WAY Reliance PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER ??

                I have purchased and ac where i was given 3 years of free service. However, after complaining from march till date. No one has approached to do the ac service (Gas refilling). We have been just calling again and again. This type of # service been provided to the customer. If you see the temperature outside is 42 and without ac how would some one stay. I done 100 calls where i was assured that someone would visit today but no one approached. What is this? I need an answer...

                  We have purchased one Samsung AC with 2 years of ResQ Extended Warranty, for last couple of weeks we are chasing up the customer care for AC servicing, everytime there lines are busy for hours, finally somehow after waiting for several days they have logged a call and commuted to send the engineer in 2 days, now its been more than 3 weeks they have not turned up, we are following up on daily basis, they listen the problem put the call on hold and cut the line after few minutes, 2 weeks back their engineer called me and said that he will come tomorrow, but next day he did not pick the phone every time the same thing is happening, this is really mentally harassment for us,

                          Dear all,
                          This is to inform you that I am using reliance for every electrical items but now I buyed one A/c sence first day it was not good cooling well but that time we didn't need much cooling now it's very bad. My family want to call reliance store to solve it but no one pickup the phone. Then I mail to Panasonic to look into this and they arranged engineer in one hrs. And then we knew that this not properly installed and they told us that its reliance fault they will have to repair but how without pickup the phone. Now reliance called and said it will take 24-48 hrs to look into this. Very big disappointment from reliance.

                              I have purchased a sony smart tv worth 46000 from reliance digital, phoenix mall chennai on saturday 20th april 2019. While purchasing i was promised that i will be getting the delivery on next day and installation too. Though i received the product but no technician turned up. I called several times and every time i was promised that technician will come to my place in the next 30 minutes. Like this i was kept waiting and no one arrived. Around 9 pm when i called them back i got to know that no technician is available. And then and there they promised me to send the technician today. Today no one bothered to follow up with me, i had to call yet again and followed up with the status from 3 pm. The same routine of keeping me waiting from 3 pm by saying technician is busy and will turn up in next 45 minutes. Now it is 9 pm and out of distress i am writing this mail that i will never ever by product from reliance digital who knows how to sell things not how to meet the customer expectations. And also will make sure none from my friends circle or relatives will buy product from your store. Height o[censored]nprofessionalism..

                                Purchased tcl tv from reliance digital, sg highway, ahmedabad on 31st december 2018. Was told by sales person to use sbi card and get 5% cash back in three months. I enquired after 31st march and till then taking only follow ups with them. No resolution!!! Till date.

                                Can we expect from reliance to act on this much faster as the patience of customers is getting lost.

                                  Independent tv launched freedom pack for rs 2250 for a year. Which promised total of 300 channels. I had opted for this pack for one year. But now all the hd channels have been removed. I have been migrated to a new mahabachat pack after the trai regulations changes. But according to trai regulations, customer should get to choose the channel or the pack should be continued without any changes to the channel list until the last plan lasts. But changes were made (Channels reduced drastically) without customer consent. Further, since all star channels are not available, due to technical reasons. No response from independent tv team, no one in customer service picking up phone. This is unfair business practice and the concerned authorities (Trai) should take necessary action. Ticket id 2442400 raised on 14 april but no response received yet

                                    Sir company does not stand on there commitment. Failed to provide all such channel's what they commited me. I have purchased 1 year subscription pack, but they cheated on there words. Today the condition is that iam not receiving any channel signals. Always shows error 400. Also not attending my problems. What to do sir please provide me necessary acton against such type of fraud company. Thanx.

                                    He collect washing from our premises and return after two month without completing the repair

                                      The lg dual inverter split ac we brought on 09.03.2019 and till to date, it has some leakage problems. The technicians came once and checked and found that gas leakage and filled up gas.

                                      Further, from 6.04.2019 the ac is not working and made several requests on that store but till to date the problem is not resolved even i am calling daily to their representatives.
