How many days have I had to wait for the refund, it's been more than 20days, and the product is not yet picked up.
Why they are not coming for the pickup?
- What is the problem, I don't know,
- The product is new and it is damaged,
- Requested to refund for the damaged product,
- I'm not waiting for the warranty/service to repair,
- I'm waiting for the damaged product to pick up,
- Calling every day to know about the Refund status of the product to customer care and there is no use in it,
- I'm totally disagreed and dissatisfied with the reliance digital online.
Customercare department saying me on the daily call
- Back team will call you,
- Senior department will assist you,
- Soon you will get a call,
- As soon as the delivery/courier team will contact you.
