      Bad experience with customer care and escalation team

      We had bought an AC which was to be delivered by apr 1. It never arrived and on constant calls to customer support, they just create a complaint but never actually take any action. After 8 days, they said the product is not in stock and cancelled the order. The item was showing in stock and there was no proper response about the cancellation. On escalating this issue to 2 levels, they just send back a pre formatted email without even looking...

        I have purchased this TV in 2018 as a smart TV, that time taken Extended warranty it will finish on Feb. 2024 . Now I am trying to connect TV with Internet it shows connected but while open You tube, CNBC, News channel it will not work. I am taking follow up with customer care there service Engg two times visited but they are unable to sort out issue . Now there kolhapur service center getting call and they informed that similar problem come with other TV also so they cant sort out issue it is software issue . If it is like this then what purpose I had paid for extended warranty . Pls. support me to resolve this issue

          I have order the Havells Ifrescoair cooler on April 05, 2022 which suppose to be delivered on April 06 and it wasn’t delivered then After so many complaints, I’ve again received an email that your order will be order on April 09, 2022 and suddenly on April 08 I’ve received an email that your order has been delivered to the provided address with invoice. It was a prepaid order and now nobody is assisting me from Reliance digital team.

            I brought a Sony TV on April 4th 8:10 pm IST . There was no response from the shop on the delivery . I followed up with the Reliance toll free number and finally TV delivered on April 6th 7:00 pm IST and told installation technician will on April 7th in the morning . But no one called me and shop did not respond to my call after noting my number . Even there is no response from if i reach toll free number . I called Mahesh ( head of Reliance Sharkar Nagar ) and he confirm that he will arrange for a technician . After that he also did not pick the call and its been 4 days installation has not completed and Sharkar Nagar shop contact is not picking my call

              Worst experience ever. Purchased an item worth Rs. 6000. Still don't know the delivery status.(already 1 week over from the expected delivery date). Whenever I call the customer care they have got only one answer, " your complaint is already raised ". What a shame reliance.

                  Hi Team,
                  I have ordered microwave on 3rd april and they told me that it will be delivered within 72 hours but today is 7th April EOD but till now i have not received product and the tracking status still not nmoving forward. Very poor service. After calling multiple time they will pick up the call and say it will be delivered today. Daily same thing. Very irresponsible people.

                    i was ordered at reliance digital on 1 april. they don't delviered my product yet. i have called, mailed and twit multiple times (more than 25th times) to support system. by the first day they have been telling me that please wait your product will be delivered today. but its 7th day, still they repeating the same word. and they are also don't allow me to cancelled my order.
                    i have never ever experienced such a worst online shopping platform.
                    i am tired and feel like i have lost my amount.
                    i request to please take some legal action against such a fraud online platform.

                      I brought 1 Ton LG AC from Reliance Digital on Sun 3rd April, they delivered both the units of AC on Tuesday 5th April and the installation guy came on Thursday 11th April. While checking both the units that guy told me Indoor unit is of 1 ton and outdoor unit is of 1.5 ton, means mismatched units have been delivered. This is the worst customer experience I have ever faced. 1st they delayed delivery and installation, then at the end i thought when installation guy came that somehow I am going to get the installation after so many days of waiting but yet again one of their blunder was waiting for me. Installation guy told me I have received the mismatched AC units. Now I feel that this was my blunder to buy an appliance from Reliance Digital. And other worst part is that nobody from the store picks up the call. Even if somehow it will be picked up, they will put your call on hold for infinity after sometime. I need compensation for these harassments.

                        I purchased a product 3 days back, and the installation is not yet done. We have purchased it only when they promised that the Installation will be done the very next day. As it was really very urgent..But it was not done. When We are trying to contact them, everyone are just passing done other contact person's number. Which is not done.                             This is Anuj Aggarwal, a customer who has purchased an Air conditioner from Reliance Crown interior mall, faridabad of Hitachi (1.5 ton).
                            It has not been working since the time it was installed. It was installed 5-6 days back and we have complained about it many times(almost 10-15 times) but there is no action from your end(Complaint Number: [protected]). It's very disappointing that a person spending a decent amount on a product along with the extended warranty, is facing the problem.

                            Customer care executive says a person will visit today, everytime I call to complaint. I request you to kindly arrange a service person as soon as possible or kindly refund the money I have spent.
                            Hoping for early response and positive action.

                                  I had ordered a LG 7 Kg Top Fully Automatic Washing Machine with TurboDrum, T70SKSF1Z Middle Free Silver on 27th Mar 2022 by paying ₹ 16990.0, the scheduled date of delivery of the product was 29th March 2022.
                                  Since they could not deliver the product even till 30th i registered a complained with Reliance digital on 30th March.
                                  and till now that is 06th Apr 2022 the product has not been delivered to me.
                                  i have called up numerous time for update but no body from reliance digital has made an effort to help me in this regard

                                  Being tired from their harassment i have purchased the product from local market. i have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money
                                  However i have been told to wait for delivery so that i can refuse.

                                  No if thats not scam then what is. I Mean i have to wait for delivery of the product which is not happening so that i can refuse.
                                  Now my 16999 are stuck. and Reliance and their pathetic management is not bothered.

                                    I had ordered a Daikin AC Model FTKM50 TV 5 Star Inverter, through reliance digital portal on 20th March 2022 for Rs 41990, which was suppose to be delivered within 48 Hrs, order no RDF29346467.
                                    After sending couple of email, a complain no was generated DR01704188 and the item was delivered on 27th March, with delivery no. [protected].
                                    On preliminary inspection it was found that the ordered model of AC was completely different from the one which was delivered.Model of the delivered unit was (Outdoor Unit RKM50TV16VF 5 star Inverter), (Indoor Unit ATL50TV16U3 3 star Non - inverter)
                                    The order was not accepted and was returned then and there, but it was reflected in the system as “ Customer Wants On Future Date”.
                                    Till date i have sent 20 mails to reliance digital and have tweeted twice, but the only reply which i have ever got was “Kindly bear with us for 24-48-72 Hrs”.

                                    On 4th April the status on their portal was order returned, which i had never accepted in the first place.
                                    There is no option for cancellation or creating a ticket on their portal.

                                    This demonstrates complete breakdown of business ethics on the part of Reliance, creates disgust in the minds of customers.

                                    In this unrelenting summer my parents are not able to use AC and they have no empathy towards the whole situation.

                                    I have attached all the relevant documents and proofs.
                                    Kindly do the needful.
