    Product Delivered too late

    I had purchase fridge from reliance on 3/1/2022 whose delivery i received on 5/1/2022, with damaged and scratches and dent, same i requested for replacement of refrigerator with fresh condition, after so many days i.e on 9/1/2021 i received new refrigerator in replacement of first, when delivery man open the same it also came into damage condition. this is my humbly request to you that please look into same and act on it as customer is facing issuing repeatedly that second time also i am receiving damage piece after paying amount for fresh piece,

      I am here to complaint about yesterday’s issue at Reliance Digital Billing Counter at Bongaigaon, Assam. We purchased AC for ₹36000/- and paid through the Debit Card. The amount was debited form the account but we did not get the billing recipe for almost two hours. The staffs told us that we will get the bill in 5 min but after waited for almost two hours only we get the bill for our product purchase. After that another 15 to 20 minutes again waited for the gate pass to get generated online. So I would like to ask Reliance Digital that is this your way of making your customer waited for hours for purchasing a product or is it some issue with your staffs handling the customers? I would like to name the two of your staff also. 1. Nitul Burman (CMO) 2. Rajdeep Das.

            I had brought a BOAT Avante Speaker on 26th December 2021 from Reliance Digital, Omaxe Mall, Connaught Place, Beta-II, Greater Noida. The speaker was damaged and a Reliance Digital executive came and even verified it. He said that the speaker will be soon replaced. However, to date, there has not been any replacement of the speaker.

            I have also registered a complaint. My complaint number is [protected]. Every time they say that it will be replaced in 1 or 2 days' time. I never knew Reliance Digital harasses its customers like this. This is the very last time I am purchasing anything from Reliance Digital.

            I want an immediate replacement of the damaged speaker asap. Please help.

              I have placed an order for the mentioned product on 14 th Dec 2021 and I have not recieved the order and they are saying that they will process the refund, but there is no refund and nobody is properly responding for the same. I have attached my bank statment and the order details. On14th dec 2021 rupees 8249 was debited . I have raised multiple complaints but no use. Please help me in getting my money back

                I'm Karthik Raja from virudhunagar tamilnadu.i purchased a Panasonic 1.5 ton split AC @ reliance digital store in virudhunagar on 12/01/2021 .it works fine till aug 17 2021 .I face a indoor unit water leakage problem on 18/08/2021 so, I complained my problems via resq app to reliance digital.they send a technician to my home.that technician changed a rubber push in my indoor unit & promised me that water leakage problem nerver happens again.but within next 10 days same problem continues...so I complained my problem again with resq app...then they send me another technician he opens the indoor unit...& Said me some indoor parts brokend by last time visited
                technician ...so we ordered new indoor unit parts & resolve it so, don't complaint again...he requests me ...so waiting for that part arrives finally dec 05 2021 same technician comes and fixed that new indoor part & removes my ac blower for replacement but still Jan 3 2022 he never change my blowers...my warranty expires Jan 12 2022 ...they cheating me from aug 18 2021 for indoor water leakage but still my indoor water leakage problem continues...I enclose my ac photos & their invoice copy & my resq complaint history from aug 18 2021 from till now 😡😡😡 cheaters...

                  Jio Fiber Refund Not Received

                  I had opted for Jio Fiber internet connection on November 20, 2021 & had paid 2, 500 INR as security deposit since the first 30 days is trial period i.e. till December 20, 2021 I was told that my security deposit would be refunded.                   Reliance Digital order No:RDF23325475 is kept on hold with ECOM(delivery partner) by reliance digital for more then a week without any explanation to customer the bill has been payed. Even after multiple complaints raised with reliance digital the product is not getting delivered .

                    My washing machine had sensor problem. I raised a complained in reliance resq. Technician came 3 time and came with the gearbox third time. He was unable to open the drum of machine. He hit the machine and drum with hamer, glinder and cutter. He eventually broke the drum. I raised complain in reliance and they sent another techjician with drum that was 900 gram lesser in weight than the original drum. They still fixed and chaged all the parts of machine. But it started making wierd noises while drying. Several times i escalated the gompain but their techinician denied saying that mere ghar ki machine me bhi yehi sound ata he. Not using my name they have logged a complain in whirlpool and telling me that its upto whirlpool wheter to keep urachine as it is or replace it.

                      I am staying with my parents who are senior citizen above 70+ years and an infant who is just 2 months old. Without drinkable water it is not possible for us to survive and Reliance customer care says they will take 10+ days to resolve the complaint. I don't know why did we even purchase from them, pathetic service and they don't even understand the circumstances and situation we are in.

                          This is to bring in your notice thay I am very disappointed with the misinformation provided in reliance digital web and app on the delivery date.It's misguiding.The product was not delivered on time and its showing wrong status in tracking.Also there is no proper tracking information unlike other ecommerce where I can clearly see proper tracking of my product.I called to customer care several times but no one had any answer on it. There is no use of tge whats app contact as its providing a standard information which is not atall useful to me

                            I bought a product on 20 november 2021.
                            Got delivered on 23 November 2021.
                            Return was raised and order was picked up on 27 November 2021.
                            From then i haven’t received any refund.
                            Number of times i called in customer care but no action has been taken, they only say that they are trying and trying.

                              I have ordered a Reconnect Wireless Keyboard and mouse from reliance digital with Article Id:[protected] on 29/11/2021. The keyboard was not working and it was the worst quality. I made complaint to return the product, the customer care agreed and a return was made on 5/12/2021. They committed for full refund amount in my reliance credit wallet within 7- 10 working days as it was a cash on delivery. I have called them more than 8 times, but i get the reply as sorry for delay, even they committed for call back regarding the issue but i didn't get any call back. I just want to purchase good material from reliance digital, but it's disgusting that i am not able to get the amount back.
                              Even the product that i purchased was from unregistered dealer without GSTIN and was very worst product. Kindly help or guide through the way to get back money.

                                  I am calling reliance digital so many times regarding the return request for replacement of item. But are not responding my concern. Every time they are saying our team is constantly working on that so. 22 days completed from the date of raising request? What should I do? What i have to do with non working item. Why they are unable to process my request? tell me what should i do now. Can i keep the dummy item with me or not. I don't know why unable to process my order till this time. May i know the reason. If you are not respond i will move to further action of complaining to consumer courts and all and even to reliance head office team. I will put all these infront of them. failing to give the good service to customer. Unnecessarily i bought the item from reliance instead bought in amazon or flipkart

                                    I bought a PC Lenovo legion Y530 in 26 July 2021 and in November 15 the keyboard is not working properly so when I filing the service request it was showing out of warranty so I contacted the reliance digital from where I bought the pc they kept saying that they are trying to update the warranty but still they didn't did anything regarding this and my exams are coming and I can't even operate my pc.
