I am calling reliance digital so many times regarding the return request for replacement of item. But are not responding my concern. Every time they are saying our team is constantly working on that so. 22 days completed from the date of raising request? What should I do? What i have to do with non working item. Why they are unable to process my request? tell me what should i do now. Can i keep the dummy item with me or not. I don't know why unable to process my order till this time. May i know the reason. If you are not respond i will move to further action of complaining to consumer courts and all and even to reliance head office team. I will put all these infront of them. failing to give the good service to customer. Unnecessarily i bought the item from reliance instead bought in amazon or flipkart

I bought a PC Lenovo legion Y530 in 26 July 2021 and in November 15 the keyboard is not working properly so when I filing the service request it was showing out of warranty so I contacted the reliance digital from where I bought the pc they kept saying that they are trying to update the warranty but still they didn't did anything regarding this and my exams are coming and I can't even operate my pc.

RDF12361617 and I still havent received my cashback. Their customer service number doesnt work. Their whatsapp chat is a bot and doesnt help. Its been 6 months and I am still facing this issue.

As I given return request of Havells Water Purifier ( due to TDS level is high, only UV support Purifire not work ) to your service help desk, but till yet no one comes yet.

All are very intelligent person, who very know how to make customers fool and cut the call in between communication. All are just making fun with me... from last 2 month. Someone said, we have registered complaints for return, some said, no sir not any such complaints comments given.Some said sir, we not registered your complaint. Even I have call 4 time for complaint and it's done by your call center staff.OMG.

Everytime different employees attand call and next employees says, no sir, previous employee not comment as you said. WTH.

Have sent mail many times - No one replying, , , Reliance HOD should take action on such stupid employees and managers.

We have purchased TV on 2017 at ambattur branch of reconnect tv.with extended 5years warranty.
Still we having warranty upto 1 year,
Unfortunately we have problem with tv panel for this service person saying we cant able to repair and will refund of 20% from bill amount. Which he told is not far.
In this 3 years there are multiple problems in reconnect tv
We trusted reliance but its fell like wrong decision....

Water purifier not working, water is not filling in machine. Have already complaint on 10 th December ..the issue is not yet responded..as it's quite obvious ita a water related issue it's causing too much inconvenience ..it must have been resolved ASAP..this is my first purchase from Reliance digital online.. before this we had Kent ro machine they used to respond and resolve our issues the same day within 4 hours ..don't you have a skilled technician who gets my issue fixed

I had ordered a pair of headphones from the reliance digital website. They gave me defected headphones wherein one headphone was not connecting. It has been 15 days since I have placed a complaint and nobody is coming to pick up the headphones to issue a refund. Just horrible experience with the agents and with the service. Really disappointed because i have to keep calling them/emailing them to enquire about the headphones.

I haven't received the amount of Rs. 10990/- to my bank account for more than 5months which is ridiculous.
I don't know what to do and how to get my money back. Blocking Rs.10990/- in this pandemic time is totally ridiculous.

Attached statement from 1st July 2021 to till date to prove that money was returned to my account.
Reliance is not at all responding to resolve my issue and refund my money.

I purchased a product RDF13955708 online from reliance digital. At the time of placing the order, cashback was promised which should have been credited within 120 days. It is yet not credited.

I called the support staff multiple times, either my call is getting disconnected or a 72 hours time is getting shared for a callback but no one is contacting me. I have to make another call every time.

The support team is asking to wait for the escalation team, escalation team is saying that the backend is working but no one has the status since 07 November.

Payment made, online through HDFC debit card on EMI basis.

Product purchased on 05.08.2018 alongwith ResQ extended Warranty till I04.08.2022. Initial complain to customer care was given on 10.10.21, but the customer care informed, product out of warranty. However I explained I have the required valid extended warranty, but they refused to accept. Finally on 12.10.21 I went to reliance digital showroom at CMR mall, Maddelapaem, Vizag from where the product was purchased with the extended warranty with me and seeing the documents the person said its valid and there is some system error that's why it is showing out of warranty and for rectification they need 24-48 hrs and advised me to lodge a complain in their ResQ app which I did.
However even after downloading and registering the complain it was showing 'out of warranty and paid service'. I tried to contact their irritating toll free no and the customer service exective response was same out of service and they escalate the issue to higher authorities this went on till 04.11.2021. Meantime I have visited several times to reliance digital showroom, they would say technician visit will arranged and but on calls were esponse by them. After repeated followups they arranged a technician on 05.11.21 and the technician who is not at all skilled enough to diagonize the problem but informed they do not have spares and once receipt they would take the machine to their workshop for repairs. Again after many followups on 12.11.2021 a auto rickshaw driver came and took the machine after call to customer Care manager he informed they need to bring to workshop for repair since the spares have arrived and they will return within 2 days. Again after 2 When no update we received from them I again visited to showroom they again said there are other problems with the machine they were doing trail and would complete within 2 days. Again after a week also no update was given and I went to reliance show room they said some other problems are noticed so they need some more time. So it went till 04.12.2021 and machine was deliverd by the same rickshaw fellow and it just dumped and no installation was done, On 05.12.21 self did the installation and checked the machine was in same condition for which the complain was raised. When I contacted the local manager customer care, he did not take my call but sent WhatsApp message stating he is transferred to other location and he is help less. Then I sent a mail to the grivience team and CEO stating above issued faced by me for last 2 months, he immediately responed and assured he would help out in getting the matter resolved. However it did not serve my purpose and finally decided to call the manufacturer company whirlpool on 8.12.21 and they sent their technician on 9.12.21. After company technicians visit he found that sub statnaded spares have been used which not as per specification and they done alterations to the internal structure and all electronic circuit have been replaced by old spares of other machine. They have left loose inside the machine. All spares were replaced by the whirlpool engineer and machine was set right within an hour at a cost of Rs.8500/-.

I would recommend not to buy any product from reliance digital. This my 4th product I purchased from Reliance digital but deprived from any after sales service for all the products.

I have sent money to reliance digital for purchase of product. They received money but some how were not able to complete process of generating bill. So they said to me you will get your refund in 3 days but i didn't get my refund so then i file a complaint in bank against merchant but i have not received my refund yet. I have complaint many times in store and bank also but no one is helping. Reliance digital store is not giving my product also not giving my money . Now its 1month complete but nobody refunding my money please help me in this case.

Very poor un professional staff. No after sales service most of the products are damaged and will never work after you purchase. They do not give service even you buy a extended warranty. While purchasing they force you to take ResQ extended warranty so do not go for it. I have purchased 4 items never got a service from them even you call them repeatedly. They do not respond to calls.
With a valid warranty they did not give service and I did from the company by paying cash so do not buy their ResQ plan, you will simply loose your money.

I have purchased a macbook pro from reliance digital website on 29th November 2021 and till date I didn't received the product or the refund. I contacted customer care multiple times as well as I also emailed there hire authorities as well as the CEO email provided on there website, but all the time I got response saying they are trying to resolve my issue and they have escalated the concern to the logistic department. Reliance Digital is made for harassing the customers thats all. Please do not buy from reliance digital they don't ship the product and once you place the order you cannot cancel it from the website.

Hi,

I have ordered laptop on 20th Nov for my kids online exams, they instructed to accept the laptop if that is sealed properly in a box, and when I saw that the box was not sealed, therefore I returned the product.

Now I am struggling to get refund. The customer care is taking my requests everyday, but they are not able to do anything, they just forward to backend team, and backend team is neither giving any answer or refunding my money. they given one miss call as a formality and saying, we called you, they never tried.

Kindly help me getting my refund back. and any possibility to get compensation of my disturbance as my kid has to give exams from the mobile.

Refrigerator stop working from a Week, I complaint several time But No one Response, the refrigerator have warranty

I purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital, Sobha City Mall, Thrissur. The payment was done through bank transfer (IMPS). Although the payment was done instantaneously, we had to wait for over an hour for billing. The store staff told us that the payment confirmation should be acknowledged from the main office and has to be updated in their system. One hour for this process is totally unacceptable. Would like to raise this issue to higher authorities and know why this happened, take appropriate action against the employees responsible.

I want to know about refund issue what is my complaint number i have not received my refund yet my reference no. Is[protected] when i will get my refund no one is replying me
