Hi,
I have ordered laptop on 20th Nov for my kids online exams, they instructed to accept the laptop if that is sealed properly in a box, and when I saw that the box was not sealed, therefore I returned the product.
Now I am struggling to get refund. The customer care is taking my requests everyday, but they are not able to do anything, they just forward to backend team, and backend team is neither giving any answer or refunding my money. they given one miss call as a formality and saying, we called you, they never tried.
Kindly help me getting my refund back. and any possibility to get compensation of my disturbance as my kid has to give exams from the mobile.
