I have sent money to reliance digital for purchase of product. They received money but some how were not able to complete process of generating bill. So they said to me you will get your refund in 3 days but i didn't get my refund so then i file a complaint in bank against merchant but i have not received my refund yet. I have complaint many times in store and bank also but no one is helping. Reliance digital store is not giving my product also not giving my money . Now its 1month complete but nobody refunding my money please help me in this case.

Very poor un professional staff. No after sales service most of the products are damaged and will never work after you purchase. They do not give service even you buy a extended warranty. While purchasing they force you to take ResQ extended warranty so do not go for it. I have purchased 4 items never got a service from them even you call them repeatedly. They do not respond to calls.
With a valid warranty they did not give service and I did from the company by paying cash so do not buy their ResQ plan, you will simply loose your money.

I have purchased a macbook pro from reliance digital website on 29th November 2021 and till date I didn't received the product or the refund. I contacted customer care multiple times as well as I also emailed there hire authorities as well as the CEO email provided on there website, but all the time I got response saying they are trying to resolve my issue and they have escalated the concern to the logistic department. Reliance Digital is made for harassing the customers thats all. Please do not buy from reliance digital they don't ship the product and once you place the order you cannot cancel it from the website.

I have ordered laptop on 20th Nov for my kids online exams, they instructed to accept the laptop if that is sealed properly in a box, and when I saw that the box was not sealed, therefore I returned the product.

Now I am struggling to get refund. The customer care is taking my requests everyday, but they are not able to do anything, they just forward to backend team, and backend team is neither giving any answer or refunding my money. they given one miss call as a formality and saying, we called you, they never tried.

Kindly help me getting my refund back. and any possibility to get compensation of my disturbance as my kid has to give exams from the mobile.

Refrigerator stop working from a Week, I complaint several time But No one Response, the refrigerator have warranty

I purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital, Sobha City Mall, Thrissur. The payment was done through bank transfer (IMPS). Although the payment was done instantaneously, we had to wait for over an hour for billing. The store staff told us that the payment confirmation should be acknowledged from the main office and has to be updated in their system. One hour for this process is totally unacceptable. Would like to raise this issue to higher authorities and know why this happened, take appropriate action against the employees responsible.

This is to inform you that I have purchased Laptop ASUS X409FA-BV301T from Reliance Digital store Benachity near Bhiringi More Durgapur on[protected]. I had been advertised that it contains pre loaded Windows 10 and MS OFFICE 2019 with lifetime validity. Additionally on the website it was also there.
Accordingly i purchased the laptop as it would have suited my preferences since both windows 10 and office 19 are very very essential for my work purpose.After purchasing the laptop i was disappointed vey much thar MS Office 19 was not there and i was asked to purchase it separately. I went to your store again only to be promised to be given office 2007. Since it falls under sheer unprofessionalism on your part for doing false advertising as it is clearly mentioned on your website that it is there.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and immediately provide me office 19 lifetime validity through Reliance Digital Bhiringi Durgapur as per your pre purchase committment. I am eagerly waiting for your response in this regard.

7 days back, I made payment in reliance digital Kurukshetra store for purchasing a product. They received money but somehow were not able to complete process of generating bill. I was assured that money would be refunded back in few hours. Next day, I was told it would be back in 3 days. Now, its more than 7 days and money is still not refunded.

I am doing daily calls/follow ups but they have even stopped picking phones. Now saying, it will take 15 days. It seems idea is that in a months or so, I will forget about the money. I am really fed up.

It has been almost 2 months asking to refund my money back, but they are not responding.
I have made a multiple follow up emails and phone call, they will be saying that they will refund but the end result is nothing from them.

Hi my self vijay im loging the complaint against reliance digital i brought the laptop in reliance on date: 14/09/21 time 13:01 they gave me the defect product for my office purpose i brought the laptop but due to personal problem i didn't use laptop, after some days i start to use it but i was facing problem's like hang slow performance and harddisk etc so i went to reliance digital and expaliend about the problem but there was no respond i went to service center even there was no proper respond i asked for replace the laptop but they were telling like with in 14 day's only there wil be product replacement but when i purchased sale's person didnt info about this to me so again i came to reliance digital and gave the laptop to them to fix it i didnt ask for replace the product also on 10/11/21 ; after 20 day's i had got the laptop but again im facing same issue there is the problem with this laptop so im reqesting to replace the new laptop

I have purchased a Hisense 43 inch UHD android smart TV from reliance digital on 17 Jan 21 of Rs 29000/- and it got defetive in Nov 21. With the lots of efforts service engineer visited to my place and checked the TV. He told that he will submit his report to company and someone will contact regarding repairing. Next day when I approched them, I was told that TV got defective due to physical damage and does not come under waranty. The repair cost was told to me is Rs 29000/- equal the cost of TV. However, there is no physical damage in TV. Photograph is attached for refererence. On impress upon by me, he told that he will speak to his higher rep and come back to me. However since last 3 days no one had spoken to me. I have written 2 emails also but was futile.
I dont under stand why Hisense is not interveing to resolve the issue and give the benifit of doubt to the customer and repair.replaced my TV under waranty and take the defetive part for their R&D to understand the cause of defect. It is therefore requested that my case may be escalated at appropriate level to resolve on priority.
