My order number is RDF10565163.
I had Bought Bosch 6.5kg Washing machine.
The product delivery was supposed to be done on 4th april 2021 or 5th april 2021. In the night at 9.30 pm, on 4th april 2021, there is a message from reliance digital, that product is delivered although product is still not delivered.
There is no effort from customer care team to call and give us updates.
We have to keep calling them and tell the same story.
Atleast I couldn't track my product when it's deliver .
It's too Bad service

    The Reliance digital is deducting the certain amount every month from last one year to today without my notice from my current account . Due to this my cheques were getting bounced and I have the charges of 17850 as of now from my bank .The reliance digital should stop this transaction and need to reimburse my charges amount .

      I’m Raviteja Duvvu I buyed Samsung Air conditionar on 02/04/2021 at vizianagaram branch and product was delivered on 03/04/2021. I’m calling to store for installation they are not responding properly.

        I purchased a Samsung TV on[protected], at reliance digital. Up to know I didn’t received the Tv and I payed the money also. While I am calling to them they will tell I will I give the update with in 5 min that’s all, and the same day 9pm the will tell today some technical issues we are not deliverey today sir they are telling.Even a single member asalu not responding and not telling the proper reason also.

          First Order : RDF[protected]pickup at store option)
          Date: 2nd April, 2021
          Issue: Technical problem in oto validation

          Second Order: RDF[protected]insta delivery less than 3 hours)
          Date : 2nd April, 2021 at 2:58pm
          Issue: No product handed over even after one complete day.

          Service : store persons are saying they are not responsible for ecommerce contact to this toll free customer support and after calling several times over several calls they call support says there is some technical issues . I have paid twice still no product in my hand wasted several hours over calls . I think they have to stop giving fancy options in their online shopping app which cannot be promised to customers, I paid twice 75k approx for one product and still do t have that particular product. First order being cancelled and I was told to get the money after 7-10 days for second order I don't have any info probably this can also be technical issue.

            We had ordered for AC(Air AC(Air Conditioner) on 31st march 2021.
            The product delivery was supposed to be done on 1st april 2021 or 2nd april 2021. In the night at 11.30 pm, on 1st april 2021, there is a message from reliance digital, that product is delivered although product is still not delivered.
            There is no effort from customer care team to call and give us updates.
            We have to keep calling them and tell the same story.

              I purchased reconnect AC on 14.03.21 which was installed on 23.03.21. after installation it's not working it shows error PS04 so we raised complaint on 24.03.21 via complaint no 24368000. But till date my complaint not resolve no one answering my call. I am verymuch frustrated with such a failure product.

                Ordered an Sony 65 inch tv from reliance Coimbatore. A technician came from reliance to install my tv . I noticed only 1 technician came from reliance to install my 65 inch tv.he was so unprofessional on unboxing my tv . He broke the box in contents etc he messed up. Then I told to install my old lg 49 inch tv to another room he told it will cost ₹300 . I said ok .he did not installed the tv properly . So it falled down and the display is broken .after dropping he was in so hurry packing everything At the moment I called the sales person who sold the tv. Then also informed to the manger of resq but it’s been a week after this incident.after that the manager of resq named Antony is not picking my calls it feels odd to me. I also informed to resq jeeva.I ALSO MAILED THIS BUT THERE IS NOT PROPER REPLY. I ALSO ADDED THE PHOTO OF THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME AND BROKE MY OLD TV IN THIS COMPLAINT

                  I have purchased HP 21-b0101in All-In-One Desktop in reliance digital online store on 27 Feb 2021. On checking the product warranty status it shows only one year instead of three years (necessary screenshot enclosed). But reliance digital web site the product discription mentioned three years manufacture warranty and after my purchase claimed only one year warranty. Already I have raised so many complaints to reliance digital customer care via email and phone call but still not resolved my issue.

                  Note: Also, contacted manufacturer (HP) they have confirmed from their end that the warranty period couldn't be extend beyond 1 year and clearly hinted to contact the reseller in this context.

                    Hi,
                    I have purchased a Samsung ac on 25-march-2021 from reliance digital online portal and product got delivered on 26-march-2021.

                    On 27th installation is done. On 27th March I found that horizontal and vertical swings were not working and I was not able to connect AC through wifi as well.

                    I raise a request for defected product. On 28 March your engineer visited. After inception he found that wrong product delivered. He told me that I have ordered Samsung Ac model number : AR18AY5YATZ but instead of this Model number AR18TY5YAWK was delivered.

                    On 28th march I raised a replacement request for wrong product delivered i.e WPD00754075.

                    I am attaching all the required documents. Please solve the issue as soon as possible and delivered the right product.

                    Kindly contact me if any further clarification is required.

                      Good evening I book a one plus tv in reliance digital at the time of booking he told we will deliver that tv in next day. I wait today for my delivery was not get. I called to store now he was telling it will deliver in 48 hours. I really disappointed for your late delivery and please don’t tell fake information for stock and delivery timings

                        This is regarding issue related to cancellation of EMI for the cancelled order.
                        Bank is saying it will apply pre closure charges for it.
                        Now who will pay the charges for this, as from your side i got my credit amount late.

                          Maine 24 jan 2021 ko reliance digital se gautam verma ke naam se daikin (ATKL50TV) ka ac purchase kiya tha jika instalation company ke taraf se free tha, lekin reliance resq se jab instalation k liye aaya to har cheez ke liye alag se paisa maang raha tha, aur wo bhi market price se 3 times jada. aur reliance resq k jo bande hain unka behavior bhi bahut ganda hai. jis karan mujhe apna ac apne kharche par dusre service provider se karana para. kyuki reliance resq k bande na to sahi se service (instalation) de rahe the aur na hi sahi se baat kar rahe the.
                          mujhe lagta hai ki mai reliance digital se product le kar bewakoof bann gaya hun.

                            Hello Sir/Madam,

                            I am writing this to inform you that reliance is having one of the worst after sales service.I am seriously fed up with your after sales service.I have bought 1.5 ton Reliance AC last year only and the AC has got me headaches it is not working properly since ever I bought.I have hardly used the AC around 10 to 15 days within this one year.

                            I have called many times and made complaint but the technician don't come and even if he comes he gives excuses that other person will come and handle the matter.

                            I am writing you this to know whether my AC can be fixed or not????

                            And for proof I can attach as many document of complaints, my Invoice whatever you want just reply me back for the documents needed as proof and I want get my AC done as soon as possible or else I will move to consumer court.

                                I purchased one smartphone in nov-2020 it's been 4 mont haven't yet received cashback for it and if try to complain regarding this their customer support is not giving proper answer tried connecting many time worse service I have ever seen.Please don't mention any offer if you don't want to give them.Please improve your customer support team they are useless

                                  I have taken extended warranty from reliance digital for My microwave Owen
                                  my Owen got complaint and raised a request to fix it they said they will not do service for parts I have to make payment to samsung and can be reimbursed after that

                                  I did the same and shared the bill

                                  two month over no reimbursement done

                                  sent mail to customer care a month before still they are not solving issue

                                  multiple complaint to customer service but simply closing ticket with out resolution
