I have bought sharp tv on 28/11/2020 from reliance digital store banjara hills road number 12. I have a complaint on this tv about its vision and sound
The clarity of this sharp tv is not clear and it has a dull ness in vision. we have tried a lot to clear the problem but it is not solving we have a big problem on this and also sound is not clear we are getting problem in listening to it
As we are trying to call your service provider since 29/11/2020 ie. Second day of tv we are not satisfied with this.
Many problems are interrupting with sound and vision and our childrens are getting problem to view it. And the tv gets heated faster It's our biggest mistake that we have purchased tv from reliance digital store
We have a request to take the tv back and return our money as soon as possible for more information please contact on this number [protected] or whatsapp

    My 55 inches samsung was fault with panel and network dongle. I made complaint on 27th nov 2020. Reliance service person came and inspected the television and informed that this complaint we will forward to samsung service.Then samsung person visited my home and checked the television and informed me that panel and network to be changed. Also heprovided the invoice copy on[protected]. This was done with the help of mr.Bageerathan, co-ordinator from valasaravakkam branch. Iwould have made morethan 50 calls regarding this service. Igot a reply that this service charge was sent for approval. When it was approved, the amount was less and the same charges was not accepted by samsung company and they cancelled this service request. The cancellation of service was informed by samsung thro phone and sms. Once again i contacted your service manager mr.Moses. They advised me that the short fall amount of rs.1900 pay to samsung and take refund from reliance. Then i refused this process. Again he said, he will arrange by himself this difference amount and will do needful to me. I was informed that the service will be done on[protected]. I was waiting for the service fullday without concentrating any other work of mine. At the end of the after i contacted many number of time, he informed me that the panel which has come thro courier was brocken. Hence they had ordered for a new panel.The complaint was pending morethan a month without any attention. Then i informed to mr.Moses that i will raise complaint to reliance.Then he informed me that if you make any complaint, henceforth you dont call me for attention. How a reliance employee can say like this. I am really disappointed with the above version. I never expected this kind of experiance from reliance. If they behave like this, how people will depend reliance digital marketting.The original complaint no is [protected] which is closed without service. The second complaint number is [protected]. I expect a speedy action on my complaint. Else i will be forced to get relief through court of law in a short time. Once agian i am requesting you to give service at the eary. ... S. Sukumaran

          Purchased Samsung A/51 for Rs 23000/ on 21/12/2020 as per Mr sushants promise that he would transfer all my data from my iPhone 5 to the. New mobile which I purchased I stood there for 3 hours and he could transfer half of my data and remaining he told he would come to my residence and transfer the next day. I am senior citizen and my legs got swollen Sorry to say that the sales people were celebrating one of the staffs Birthday an d made me wait for a long time Today at 1 pm I called sushant and he was shedding his responsibility to other staff and his behaviour become unethical and rude and refused to help me My mobile no is[protected].             I AM A CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE DIGITALS PAST 10 YEARS .. I HAVE PURCHASED 3 ACs AND ONE SOUND SYSTEM recently ... out of which AC OUTDOOR UNIT AND DRAIN PIPE WRONGLY FIXED inspite of our clear instructions on the first visit of your team(we sent them back as we needed time ). Later in the 2nd visit O[censored]R TEAM ANOTHER SET OF PEOPLE HAVE VISITED THE SITE AND THEY WERE UNAWSRE WHRE TO FIX THE OUTDOOR UNIT AND FIXED A T A WRONG PLACE . I have EXPRESSED MY CONCERN to Miss Manga in RELIANCE RESQUE and also her manager.. both of them were reluctant to even listen to my concern moreover asking us to pay extra charges of RS 2000 for changing the outdoor unit. Moreover the former was talking even rude and answering bluntly.. I have not experienced anytime before and this behaviour is not at all expected from an organisation like reliance .. I wish get my installation rectified with ease and humbly request you to correct them and I also expect good service from the prestigious organisation as early as possible .

              Sending a defective product twice.
              I received the same faulty piece twice, Reliance Digital is selling faulty pieces at a cheap rate. It was just a matter to find them else you would be using them on a daily basis.
              Moreover, it is not an easy return/refund policy. I have to contact Samsung Folks to get a DOA certificate which takes 3 - 5 days.
              It's been 3 weeks and my product is still in the Samsung service center.
              Selling online at a cheaper rate is one story selling a defective piece is different.

                  A Geyser A O Smith was purchased on 7 Dec 20 from Reliance Digital Tirupathi: Unsuccessfully Installed by technical staff on 9th Dec 20, Since then calling the vendor and the company service staff for replacement or refund, No action taken even after 11 days many mail sent and many times called both parties no action customer is suffering due to company

                    I had a problem with my Macbook Air starting for couple of weeks. I thought it is probably a OS malfunction and there were no physical damage whatsoever. I contacted ResQ at Eaze Mall in Malad West, Mumbai. I submitted my laptop 3rd Dec 2020. I received a call on 6th Dec stating they have quoted for a repair cost as they found a problem with the logic board (mother board). The mail quoted Rs 34099/- for repairing a part on logic board for which the logic board would be replaced/repaired. I did not agree to go ahead with the repair and collected my laptop from them in the following week on 12th Dec 2020.
                    When I was at the store I asked about the problem and i was told it a logic board probelm, without any specification. When i asked if they could switch on my laptop - they could not but run a diagnosis without switching it on. I requested them to give a proper report mentioning what is the error that the diagnosis revealed.
                    On receiving the diagnostic report, I could only see "logic board issue found" for which they charge Rs 2200/-. It seemed like a total waste of money and time to even give it for diagnostic.
                    I came back home and tried switching it on and my laptop happened to switch on and reboot/install update and start as normal by itself. It ran its own diagnostic and gave an error report which said it was a "Sleep Wake" malfunction due to which the laptop was not switching on and screen was going to sleep every time it tried to boot the system.
                    Had they been a reliable and able Apple service provider they should have been able to diagnose this issue if they probably had tried to even switch on the laptop. Understanding their words on the diagnostic report and my experience after coming back home and starting the laptop, it is clear they did not even do the basic minimum but charged their diagnostic fee for just keeping the laptop at their store.
                    When people buy Apple products, it is understood that the investment is higher than any other products available in the same category. The customers will also want better service after paying additional charges for getting their products repaired or checked. This is absolutely unfortunate that apple services are becoming worse than OPPO/VIVO which may be reasonable at cost but their services are much more reliable (as known from users).
                    If this board decides to get into this complaint further I am ready to provide the receipt and the diagnostic report on request.

                      I bought an Asus tuf a15 ryzen 5 laptop from reliance digital using a HDFC credit card using the EMI option.They said there was a 5 percent cashback which will be credited before December 5.i have not received any cashback or any information about the cashback till now, it has been 2 weeks after December 5 so plz do the needful

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I've ordered "X90H | Full-Array LED | 4K Ultra HD | High Dynamic Range (HDR) | Smart TV (Android TV)" from the Reliance store in Vizianagram. Since there was no stock I was told that my product will be delivered within 10 days. I got a tracking message from Reliance that my product is out for delivery on Nov 26th. But till now it was not delivered. The TV price was 94K and I paid half of the amount and even the EMI also getting deducted. But till now no update. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service.

                                  Can you please update something on this or else I've to reach out to some lawyer to place a complaint?

                                    Purchased a soundlogic pro from your oberon mall kochi kerala store on 21st of November and after two weeks left side was not working. visited the store for an immediate replacement but they are not ready to help and told me to go and complaint. then mailed several times to escalation team including their ceo BM BADE. But always getting the same reply. My plan is to purchase other brand but they promoted these kind of cheap one and purchased with the assurity of their sales staff now requested for a refund or credit note they are not ready to help only blaming for escalating to the complaint team. invoice number is 000452 and relation ship ID is [protected]. after seeing all these things lost trust in reliance the brand
