I had purchased samsung micro oven on date 1st Jan'2021 from the reliance digital store. 15 days has passed but there is no hope to deliver of my product I already marked a mail to company'ceo. they all are saying wait for 10-15 days. litrelly this is a mental harashing and making fool to the customers

plz ensure to deliver of product or refund my money. also provide compensation of my 15 days.

    I have placed a preorder for PS5 on Jan 12th and my order was cancelled 2 days later. I didn't place an order in other websites even though the item was in stock because Reliance Digital confirmed my order through an email and SMS. By the time I knew my order was cancelled on Jan 14th the item went out of stock everywhere else.

      Myself Samihi has purchased Samsung Galaxy s20 of Rs 43, 999 from Reliance Digital at Rajkumarganj Rd, Kathalbari, Darbhanga Bihar 846004 on 30 dec 2020.

      Since 3-4 days the handset was not working properly.
      So I visited the showroom and complained them about the product.
      They refused to take any responsibility and did not provided any further help.. because according to them it's not their dealing. They only sell phones.
      This was highly unprofessional from their side.
      Also during the whole process the staff members named "Mayur Awasthi", "Deepak sharma", "Pushpanjali" their colleague were so unethical and rude. They were literally misbehaving.
      And when I said I'll complain they were like "do whatever you want to do"
      This is really very frustrating. Had a terrible experience at Reliance Digital.
      Would never recommend anyone further.

        I placed an order (RDF[protected]on relience digital online, and my payment was shown unsuccesfull.
        Rs 1500 got deducted from My reliance wallet (store credit), and it has not refunded yet.
        I did several followups call, emails to level 2 and even ceo but no resolution has provided.
        Reliance digital is a very cheat company with 0 customer satisfaction.
        Beware of this fraud company.

          I purchased SONY 55/138.8 cm X 75F model in reliance digital at siddipet store. This model tv with in one year picture blinking problem started. I complaint after few days solved by sony service center. Then second time same problem repeated within six months then I have RESQ insurence in that time after one month solve the problem.then again within three moths problem repeated.this third time picture same problem blinking but problem not yet solved . In this situation same problem repeated every time and problem repeated iam not satisfied this solution. So I want replacement of TV. Kindly solve my problem.

            GST invoice issue

            I bought a MacBook from the reliance digital website for office purpose, so to get GST credit input I added my GST number while ordering for which I have a screenshot for. The order number is RDF0898238. I paid the amount and confirmed the order! But the initial summary I received for my mail did not show any GST number! So I contacted their customer care and asked them if my GST number has been included. But they gave me a shocking No!!!...

            GST Invoice was not provided when i ordered from online and selected Insta delivery.
            There was no detail on order flow and also in below link, that GST invoice will not be provided.

              Myself Babu Kabiraj has purchased New IFB 8Kg washing machine from (((Reliance Digital Bansdroni at South Kolkata))) branch on yesterday.

              They have billed Rs.37690/-

              But today we getting old used Washing Machine at the time of delivery. We couldn't received & returned that.

              Now, Reliance Digital Branch persons are not responding

              Kindly take a note & take action on it so that we can get New Washing Machine by tomorrow morning... please !!!

              Please refund that amount

                  I ordered a laptop on 24 Dec2020 and it was shown to delivered by 30 Dec2020.On 28 Dec a person called us and said your product is damaged during shipping and we are cancelling it, to confirm the cancellation and refund we called the customer care again and they said they weren't aware about the damage of product So we asked them to deliver our product on time or cancel it. But on 3Jan2021 order is still not cancelled or delivered and the support team is not responding on anything.

                      This has regards to my recent order placed with Reliance Digital on 27th Sep 2020. A Lenovo tabled was purchased for an MRP of Rs. 19900. There was an offer as per the current period between 16th Sep-30th Sep on ICICI Bank Debit and credit cards, wherein I have used my ICICI Bank VISA debit card (4838 XXXX XXXX 3644) to make the payment for this item. As per the prevailing offer given by Reliance Digital, i am entitled to receive the 5% cash back applicable for my purchase exceeding Rs. 7500. The T&C of the offer is given in the below link:

                      Unfortunately i have followed this up with RDIL on multiple occasions by dropping emails to : [protected]@ril.com, cshead.[protected]@ril.com, BM.[protected]@ril.com, rgicl.[protected]@relianceada.com, rgicl.[protected]@relianceada.com, rgicl.[protected]@relianceada.com. But they have not bothered to take this matter into consideration.

                      I personally feel that RDIL are big time crooks making false commitments to customers by running fake, illicit and unwarranted offers to lure and dupe customers into their online e-commerce platform by selling sub standard quality goods. It is a means to trap customers to make online purchases by running such offers that fail to live up to their commitments. Basically it is a means of a false marketing gimmick to cheat customers.

                      I expect Reliance Digital to remit the cash back amount based on the purchase clause set by them wherein this amount should have been credited to my account by the 31st of Dec 2020.

                      Furthermore I want this matter to be given due consideration in the eyes of this forum and taken up with a more competent authority in a joint effort to curb such malpractices of RDIL.

                        Issue : The installation technician unboxed the product and was not able to make it work; he mentioned that the product was faulty. Since then, there have been numerous follow ups done but to date (35 days after purchase), the product has not been replaced and there is absolutely no idea of when the resolution would be done.

                        25 + calls to customer Service, Mails to Customer Service Head, Escalation to CEO (B.M. Bade) have fallen on deaf ears!

                                Reliance Resq fraud technique

                                I bought Samsung Washing machine from Reliance Digital. At the time of installation, the technician did not mention that the water softener is an optional accessory and he installed. Later I went through Samsung manual and found its not needed. So I spoke with customer care and they promised to take back the accessory but after 2 days they said product once installed cannot be taken back. They charged 1800 Rs. This is one of nice way of looting...

                                I have bought sharp tv on 28/11/2020 from reliance digital store banjara hills road number 12. I have a complaint on this tv about its vision and sound
                                The clarity of this sharp tv is not clear and it has a dull ness in vision. we have tried a lot to clear the problem but it is not solving we have a big problem on this and also sound is not clear we are getting problem in listening to it
                                As we are trying to call your service provider since 29/11/2020 ie. Second day of tv we are not satisfied with this.
                                Many problems are interrupting with sound and vision and our childrens are getting problem to view it. And the tv gets heated faster It's our biggest mistake that we have purchased tv from reliance digital store
                                We have a request to take the tv back and return our money as soon as possible for more information please contact on this number [protected] or whatsapp

                                  My 55 inches samsung was fault with panel and network dongle. I made complaint on 27th nov 2020. Reliance service person came and inspected the television and informed that this complaint we will forward to samsung service.Then samsung person visited my home and checked the television and informed me that panel and network to be changed. Also heprovided the invoice copy on[protected]. This was done with the help of mr.Bageerathan, co-ordinator from valasaravakkam branch. Iwould have made morethan 50 calls regarding this service. Igot a reply that this service charge was sent for approval. When it was approved, the amount was less and the same charges was not accepted by samsung company and they cancelled this service request. The cancellation of service was informed by samsung thro phone and sms. Once again i contacted your service manager mr.Moses. They advised me that the short fall amount of rs.1900 pay to samsung and take refund from reliance. Then i refused this process. Again he said, he will arrange by himself this difference amount and will do needful to me. I was informed that the service will be done on[protected]. I was waiting for the service fullday without concentrating any other work of mine. At the end of the after i contacted many number of time, he informed me that the panel which has come thro courier was brocken. Hence they had ordered for a new panel.The complaint was pending morethan a month without any attention. Then i informed to mr.Moses that i will raise complaint to reliance.Then he informed me that if you make any complaint, henceforth you dont call me for attention. How a reliance employee can say like this. I am really disappointed with the above version. I never expected this kind of experiance from reliance. If they behave like this, how people will depend reliance digital marketting.The original complaint no is [protected] which is closed without service. The second complaint number is [protected].
