I had purchased PureIT water purifier from Reliance Digital Sarjapur couple of years back, with 4 years extended warranty. Since its 4 years extended warranty even after more than 1.6 years they don't care about changing the filters even after raising the ticket multiple times. Every time I contact customer care I'm told some technician will contact me but its all bogus no body contacts me nor there is any follow up . Lesson learnt not to take any extended warranty from Reliance Digital

    Battery and Hardware issue MacBook Air M1

    I purchased a Macbook Air M1 from Reliance Digital( Anand, Gujarat Branch) on 26th January 2023. I started facing significant battery issues from day1.     I bought an Haier AC on 16th April 2023 but the product was not delivered on time, so cancelled it on 21st April 2023. Refund is not being made since the cancellation. The cancellation was on done on 21st April 2023 because of the product was not delivered on time. The store is misleading us. Below are the details:

      I purchased the product with order number RDF50558432 boAt Airdopes 131 RTL Twin Wireless Earbuds with IWP Technology, Bluetooth V5.0, Immersive Audio, Instant Voice Assistant and Type-C Charging, 1-year warranty on 13th May 2023. I initiated Return Request on 19th May 2023 and the product is covered in 7 days return. The product is having issues with connectivity and voice delay, voice clarity. I called your number[protected] to 8 times in the last two days. Now my complaint is registered with number[protected]. But have not received any email or sms with this complaint number. Also, request through email in 19th may 2023. But till date they never denied to return bu did nothing.

        I have purchased ac in 25.01.2021 and bought extended warranty of resq to 5 year my registration number with Reliancw is [protected]
        My Ac’s compressor is making to much noise and they are neglecting the risk and problem and doing nothing about it
        Their technicians came and they were saying the fan is touching the compressor but thier senior team is not admitting the problem i have mail it to bm.[protected]@ril.com still they senior team had gave them fake report and they are saying that problem is solved but still there is loud noise and my compressor is damaged by the technicians

          This is the second time that I have ordered something from Reliance Digital online, and both the times.. Reliance Digital have never completed its delivery within promised time frame.

          First time in year 2021, when I had ordered.. I had to cancel it, because it wasn't delivered beyond promised time line as well.. so I had to cancel it.

          This time again, the promise to deliver date was 23rd May 2023(as per the website and email as well), but I haven't received it till now.

          What a shame!!

          Disappointed with your service.
          Don't promise such dates, if can't fulfill it

          Such a big name, but such a bad services

              April 2023 I bought AC from RELIANCE DIGITAL
              and they forced to buy ResQ plan worth rupees
              ₹10, 000 with some benifits.
              But when the time came for using this benifits there was all different policy. RELIANCE DIGITAL has done FRAUD with me. WHEN CLAIM FOR WASHING MACHINE REPAIR from resQ plan it has been 4 days now but there is no response??? Why to trust your company's. The salesman is so untrained that they can't explain the plans in right way I WANT MY MONEY BACK I want to cancel this resQ plan

                I have purchased a Aquaguard Water Purifier from Reliance Digital, but the product is not working well. As per the Reliance Digital Website the product is having a manufacturer warranty of 1 year but when I approached Eureka Forbes they said that they have nothing to do with the product but Reliance Digital will provide me support for all my problems. So in this case I am cheated saying that the product is covered under manufacturer Warranty.

                Another thing is that Eureka Forbes has a list of authorized online resellers of their product in which Reliance Digital is not there. So why Reliance is selling their product and forcibly making customers to take the support services from Reliance Digital when the customer has purchased the product on Eureka Forbes faith.

                So now I am telling Reliance Digital to refund my money or replace the product but they are just turning deaf ear.

                  I ordered a refrigerator on 16/04/2023 from reliance digital online but i didn't get the delivery even after so many requests now they are also not refunding my money. Worst customer service I've ever seen. It's been a month now I'm asking them to initiate the refund but they are not doing anything.

                    Dear reliance digital i have an account at reliance digital app my register mobile number is [protected]...i brought a hp ink tank 319 printer from your app 23 sep 2022.But now printer showing some issue when i claim warranty from hp..thay claim invoice ..but invoice copy not present at reliance digital app..i contact many time at your customer care representative...from 2-3 week..but thay continuous said wait 72 hours ..we register a complain..but nothing is happened after2-3 weeks...so what can i do for this invoice, , , i require this invoice copy for claim my warranty from hp...

                        I purchased a kelvinator KCT-A500 cooler on 19March2022 from Reliance Digital, Bangalore 562123.
                        I find water leaking from the cooler when I switch on the cooling option.
                        I raised a complained with reliance digital in he month of April 2023. However they have not resolved it yet. They just keep telling me that part is not available and would be fixed in 2/3 days. Have lost hope that they would do anything.

                          I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator under the ResQ plan with serial number 694032, which is valid from 3 June 2019 until 2 June 2023. Unfortunately, I have been trying to request repairs from their customer care service for over a year now with no success.

                          Despite calling their customer care hotline more than a hundred times, I have yet to receive any assistance. Often, my calls are left unanswered, leaving me with no other option but to continue to pursue the matter.

                          The technicians they have sent over have been untrained and unhelpful, merely visiting my home and leaving without resolving the issue.

                          I am extremely dissatisfied with their ResQ plan, as it appears to be a fraudulent policy that swindles customers out of their money and wastes their valuable time and energy in pursuit o[censored]nfulfilled repairs.

                          I urge you to prioritize the repair of my refrigerator immediately, as further delays may result in the escalation of this issue.

                            I had purchased 3 Samsung 1.5 ton inverter ACs from Reliance Digital, Kankariya branch. I had raised repairing and servicing complaint for my AC (gas leakage and cooling issues). Even after 10 days my complaint is not resolved with me suffering in unbearable heat. I have made multiple calls and have been taking repeated followup from Relaince people yet the issue has not been solved. They make false promises daily saying we will be sending the technician today but no one comes. It's a nightmare purchasing the product from Reliance Digital and I will surely warn others of not repeating the same mistake as me. I regret not buying the product online now.
