April 2023 I bought AC from RELIANCE DIGITAL
and they forced to buy ResQ plan worth rupees
₹10, 000 with some benifits.
But when the time came for using this benifits there was all different policy. RELIANCE DIGITAL has done FRAUD with me. WHEN CLAIM FOR WASHING MACHINE REPAIR from resQ plan it has been 4 days now but there is no response??? Why to trust your company's. The salesman is so untrained that they can't explain the plans in right way I WANT MY MONEY BACK I want to cancel this resQ plan

I have purchased a Aquaguard Water Purifier from Reliance Digital, but the product is not working well. As per the Reliance Digital Website the product is having a manufacturer warranty of 1 year but when I approached Eureka Forbes they said that they have nothing to do with the product but Reliance Digital will provide me support for all my problems. So in this case I am cheated saying that the product is covered under manufacturer Warranty.

Another thing is that Eureka Forbes has a list of authorized online resellers of their product in which Reliance Digital is not there. So why Reliance is selling their product and forcibly making customers to take the support services from Reliance Digital when the customer has purchased the product on Eureka Forbes faith.

So now I am telling Reliance Digital to refund my money or replace the product but they are just turning deaf ear.

I ordered a refrigerator on 16/04/2023 from reliance digital online but i didn't get the delivery even after so many requests now they are also not refunding my money. Worst customer service I've ever seen. It's been a month now I'm asking them to initiate the refund but they are not doing anything.

Dear reliance digital i have an account at reliance digital app my register mobile number is [protected]...i brought a hp ink tank 319 printer from your app 23 sep 2022.But now printer showing some issue when i claim warranty from hp..thay claim invoice ..but invoice copy not present at reliance digital app..i contact many time at your customer care representative...from 2-3 week..but thay continuous said wait 72 hours ..we register a complain..but nothing is happened after2-3 weeks...so what can i do for this invoice, , , i require this invoice copy for claim my warranty from hp...

I purchased LG split AC on 15th April but from same day my AC switch off automatically showing error CH-38, doing follow up from last 3 week and yet today 13th May no engineer visit my place and no replacement done yet. Poor service and poor product ... Total waste

I purchased a kelvinator KCT-A500 cooler on 19March2022 from Reliance Digital, Bangalore 562123.
I find water leaking from the cooler when I switch on the cooling option.
I raised a complained with reliance digital in he month of April 2023. However they have not resolved it yet. They just keep telling me that part is not available and would be fixed in 2/3 days. Have lost hope that they would do anything.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Reliance Digital, my recent experience with the company has left me extremely disappointed.
Firstly, I had purchased a samsung washing machine from Reliance Digital on 24th april 2023, since then no one has come for installation. Despite repeated complaints, no action was taken by the company to resolve the issue. Then on 9th may i personally...

I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator under the ResQ plan with serial number 694032, which is valid from 3 June 2019 until 2 June 2023. Unfortunately, I have been trying to request repairs from their customer care service for over a year now with no success.

Despite calling their customer care hotline more than a hundred times, I have yet to receive any assistance. Often, my calls are left unanswered, leaving me with no other option but to continue to pursue the matter.

The technicians they have sent over have been untrained and unhelpful, merely visiting my home and leaving without resolving the issue.

I am extremely dissatisfied with their ResQ plan, as it appears to be a fraudulent policy that swindles customers out of their money and wastes their valuable time and energy in pursuit o[censored]nfulfilled repairs.

I urge you to prioritize the repair of my refrigerator immediately, as further delays may result in the escalation of this issue.

I had purchased 3 Samsung 1.5 ton inverter ACs from Reliance Digital, Kankariya branch. I had raised repairing and servicing complaint for my AC (gas leakage and cooling issues). Even after 10 days my complaint is not resolved with me suffering in unbearable heat. I have made multiple calls and have been taking repeated followup from Relaince people yet the issue has not been solved. They make false promises daily saying we will be sending the technician today but no one comes. It's a nightmare purchasing the product from Reliance Digital and I will surely warn others of not repeating the same mistake as me. I regret not buying the product online now.

My 4 to 5 month "RPOINTS" is still pending and I've even resigned from respective company with discipline rules n regulation and with satisfactory notice period.

So later I asked about my hard earnd Points to management group n Human resource team but they clearly told me that I will not get any points.

It is my hard earned points, and it's almost 2500 which is pending since from last half-a-year . Which means, I'am not the one who is claiming forcefully but it's my hard earned money

So, I would like to request your team to look after this and start working under your faithful policy or company rules n regulation.

RSEQ provide twice installation service but both of the time Gas leakage / no cooling complain.
Matter send to CS Team - RIL but still no action taken by them.

Hi, i ordered(order Id RDF[protected] a Lenovo legion laptop backpack from reliance digital website and i recieved a different model of the bag which was not in the picture shown on the website. I submitted a return request 4-5 days after the parcel was delivered as i couldn't recieve the item personally and opened it a few days later. Reliance digital rejected my request as they have a policy of registering a complaint with in 24 hours. No other online Shopping website has this policy. My request is to please consider my return/ exchange request .

We pucrchase samsung spilt ac 2022 april, from registered moblile number [protected], ac cooling not good last few month, when samsung engineering came to check they said, ac not properly installed so gas is leeked last few month..

those who came to instlaed the ac they are do their duty properly, they are money minded people..Also those who are working in relainace digital...Gas lekage not small issue..Try to understand and solve the issue soon...

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance digital Kadugodi branch on Jul-2022 with 2 year extended warranty. The refrigerator started giving some issue with cooling starting from Feb-2023 and I raised a complain in Kadugodi store itself. After multiple visit and multiple service request tickets, I am not getting proper support from anyone. resQ team is clueless and store manager is ignorant like other technicians . I am being harrassed mentally by Reliance digital starting from Feb-23. Need a resolution ASAP.
