Ihad purchased an AC from reliance digital genda circle outlet but it is leeking.so, I filed a complaint about my AC leaking on Tuesday, March 12, 2025. It took two days for a technician to visit my home. He inspected the AC and confirmed that one part was damaged and needed replacement. When I called for an update, I was told the part had been ordered, but after two more days, it still hasn't arrived. They also mentioned the part cannot be sold separately and must be removed from an old AC. I paid 32, 000 for this service, and I want to know what to do in the meantime. Either they should replace the part as soon as possible, replace the entire AC, or issue a refund.

    I had handed over cheque to Reliance Res Q service center dated 06/01/2025. Confirmation mail was also received dated 10/01/2025 mentioning warranty renewed. I had told Vasai service center incharge many a time to deposit the cheque but till 2nd Feb25 not reply or no cheque deposition confirmation receive. I had escalated this issue at customer care in Reliance Res Q followed by 1st and 2nd level but forgot about resolution they don't even replied on the same. All communication attached. Last dated 16/02/2025 communication 2nd level customer care lady told they can not renew warranty and cheque can return. This is completely unfair as they had accepted and then denied. Not even bother to deposit cheque on time after 45day follow too and later no response/no resolution. Please look into it to take action and please look into support to renew extended warranty.

      A complaint regarding the non-delivery of the washing machine I purchased from your Reliance Digital store in Himmatnagar on 31st December 2024.

      Despite the assurance provided at the time of purchase that the washing machine would be delivered within 7 days, I have yet to receive the product, and I have not received any communication regarding the delay. I have made several attempts to reach your customer service team, but unfortunately, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this matter.

        To Whom It May Concern at Consumer Forum,

        I am writing to seek your assistance in resolving an issue with a damaged product I received from Reliance Digital. On November 25th, 2024, I received a Boat Power Bank (20000mAh) that was unfortunately dented and unusable.

        As there was no option for online returns, I emailed Reliance Digital, and they assured me that someone would get back to me within 48-72 hours. However, despite my follow-up emails, the issue remains unresolved.

        To meet my urgent needs, I purchased another Boat Power Bank (10000mAh) on November 26th, 2024, which I received on November 27th, 2024, without any issues. Notably, I already own an identical Boat Power Bank (10000mAh) purchased earlier in November, which is functioning perfectly. I now have two Boat Power Banks (10000mAh) that are working fine, highlighting that the issue lies with the damaged Boat Power Bank (20000mAh) I received initially.

        Despite providing photos of the damaged product and the box, Reliance Digital refused to assist me further, claiming that the product was correctly delivered.

        I have attached the photos of the damaged product and the invoice for your reference. I kindly request your assistance in getting a refund for the damaged product as soon as possible.

          I have given my Samsung Tab for servicing to your ResQ team on 28th October 2024
          It was on working condition while given for repairing
          I am surprised to get the call today from the representative for making the payment of 8000/-
          Now my question is the device is of Rs.12000 and I have paid extra Rs.2500 for insurance which covers the damage of the screen
          Now why should pay again while the insurance is taken
          My Tab is on working and only the display was broken Now today this call makes me feel on getting scammed by the Reliance Digital
          I will highlight this on all social media platform and to consumer court if the TAB is not repaired and returned to me on immediate basis
          Even Rs. 999 is also paid to You at the time of collecting the device
          What have you started doing ??
          This is a clear cheating with the consumers

            I had purchased a mixer grinder(Havells) from reliance digital, Rudrapur ( Uttarakhand) on 20.10.2024. While using just next day, its nob came out in the hand. When i called to Reliance Digital, they did not supported us and suggested to call at customer care.
            I called at customer care and got reference number [protected] for assistance. Technician visited and gave temporary solution. In all, we are just feeling cheated by the Reliance digital and Havells company . Pl help me i want to replace my product with a new product.
            The bill has been raised by the name of my wife i. e. kiran Singh

              Whirlpool refrigerator 'WP FF 231/235L 2S IFPROINVCNV278 AP SLT' was bought on August 6th 2023. This refrigerator has a total capacity of 231 litres (Freezer 52 litres and fridge 179 litres).

              This refrigerator has the option where the freezer section can be used as a normal fridge section. You can keep Groceries in it by setting the mode as 'Grocery day' and things do stay fresh in 'Grocery day' mode.

              After a power outage, the setting auto resets itself to 'All Season'. Which means any grocery such as vegetables get frozen and none of this can be used. Hence they have to be thrown away.

              This means, that I cannot use the 52 liters capacity of the freezer to keep any groceries in it because I have to throw them away after power outages. Why should I retain a refrigerator when I have lost the capacity to 179 liters instead of 231. The very purpose of having bought a bigger sized refrigerator is completely lost.

              Upon raising this issue with Reliance, a technician took a look at it and self declared that there is nothing wrong with the product. Upon raising the issue to reliance Consumer services department, they were interested in self declaring the issue as closed instead of resolving it. Please look at emails written by Ruqhaiya Begum on September 28, 2024 and September 29th 2024.

                I had purchased LLOYD Side by Side Refrigerator GLSF590DSST1GB from Reliance Digital Majiwad Thane on 18th August 2024 at Rs 53733 and delivery was expected by 7th October 2024 on my address in Mumbra.
                The delivery guy calls on 7th October and says that he does not have enough ppl today and will do delivery on 8th. Later on 8th October delivery guy brings the refrigerator but he says he was not aware of delivery on 6th floor and said he will come with more ppl for delivery on 9th October. On 9th october nobody comes and on 10th October get call saying Vehicle is broken down and cannot deliver today.
                I am waiting since 4 days but Reliance digital is not deliverying product with excuses every other day. This is worst service by Reliance Digital and please action against it.

                  I was employed as a part-time employee at Reliance Retail Market during [6.30 PM to 11.00 PM]while pursuing my studies. My last working day with Reliance was on 25th May 2018, as I had informed my manager at the time. I was relieved from my duties on this date to join a new position in an IT company on 28th May 2018.

                  Unfortunately, due to an oversight, my PF account was not closed immediately, and the closure date was recorded as 15th June 2018. This has resulted in a 19-day overlap in my PF account, which has led to the rejection of two job offers. I have been unemployed for the past nine months due to this issue, and it is severely impacting my career.

                  I kindly request your assistance in correcting the relieving date in the PF records from 15th June 2018 to 25th May 2018. This correction will help align the records with my actual last working day and prevent further negative impacts on my employment opportunities.

                    I raised this complaint online and have contacted you on call but you stated that no complaints are taken online and I have to give you a handwritten complaint. Sir, I am Anulika Mishra, a buyer of a Reliance store and I bought a Bosch washing Machine in 2021 with a 5years warranty. Last year I started facing a small issue and it stopped working last month. I raised a complaint to Store Manager Shivay and the complaint numbers are:

                    Using this complaint number Akshay the support team manager sent two mechanics to inspect and repair. They took 2 hrs to open it and stole the spare parts. they did not inform me that the spare part was missing, they said only the button panel is not working. The Reliance rescue team requested Bosch to arrange the part but Bosch's team sent their agent to inspect the machine and find if any issue persisted with the machine, the moment he switched on the machine he said the machine part is missing. Did the previous agent gave you the spare part? I said no they took the pics they might have taken with them have they not updated for this? he said no.

                    I had contacted back the team as Bosch denied the service due to non-availability of spare parts. and on the other hand, reliance denied services and replacement both. My machine is in warranty and part is taken by the agents sent by Akshay Yadav. I have an email confirmation wherein, Shivay's store manager has confirmed that Akshay has sent twice the agent.

                    Please find attached handwritten request, I am going through with spine pain and due to that not being able to travel otherwise I would have visited your police station. I need a replacement, which is valid too, but they are now putting the blame. I have called a third party to pay them and stole the spare part. But the only thing is that the washing machine is still in the same condition as the reliance representative had left it. I need a replacement or money back as the product is in warranty and the spare part is stolen by the reliance mechanic only.

                    Please find attached the warranty paper and I have a call recording also wherein Store Manager Shivay has confirmed that Akshay has sent 2 people who visit and open the machine now Akshay to protect his team members is lying said no one has visited my place from reliance. As they do not want to do the replacement.

                    I have never contacted any local person as it is too costly to call a local in my area and i am very well aware that my machine is in warranty so there is no point I will call anyone outside and have contacted only the manager for support.

                      I have purchased an AMC RESQ CARE PLAN, for product AQUAGUARD WP ROYALE RO UV SS ZPP 5L GREY - Product no [protected] on 06/11/2020, which is valid from 13/12/2021 to 12/12/2025, under serial no [protected].

                      For the last 6 months i having issues with my Aquagaurd, and i have been filling numerous complains regarding the same. During the end of last year, first of all the technician was called and he changed the filter after 2 months an numerous follow ups from our end, however the filters were all found to be damaged after few months o[censored]se, again the technician came and forced us to change the iron filter by paying money, in the month of June. Now its been, again the same issue in July the technician is again asking for change for filters by paying the amount.

                      The Sediment filter which easily available in market at MRP 350 Rs, the technician always charges us Rs 700, that too without any bill given to us, even after doing follow-ups multiple times.

                      And the water filter, Aquagaurd SUPERB EA RO kit which is easily available in the market in Rs 3500, the persons at service center delayed my servicing last year claiming that filters are currently unavailable. However the real motive of this delay in filter change, which we understood later that the as per the company policy i can change filter only once and as the company didn't changed the filter last year and delayed the change of filter at the fault of company, as a customer i have to bear the pain. And the filters which were given to me were also found to be faulty and again the company is not taking any responsibility.

                      Due to all these ignorance from the company i was mentally and financially harassed and have to purchase drinking water with a monthly cost of Rs 4000 for 3 months, and I had to pay Rs 6000 to an outsider technician to repair my Aquagaurd, which he later mentioned the Reliance technician willfully has done some settings so that the Aquagaurd will not last more than 6 months.

                      I will highly obliged if my request is taken seriously and thug companies like this is punished who play with the sentiments with the common man for the basic requirement like water.

                        दिनांक 3.07.2024 रोजी माझी वॉशिंग मशिन चालत नसल्याने मी रिलायंन्स डीजीटल ग्राहक तक्रार केंद्र येथे तक्रार केली त्यावेळी त्यांनी पहिले अर्धवट ज्ञान असलेला सर्व्हिस पर्सन पाठवला परंतु, त्याच्याकडुन दुरुस्त न झाल्याने त्यांनी दुसरा सर्व्हिस पर्सन पाठवला होता. दि.31.07.2024 रोजी मशिनचे पार्ट खराब झाले आहेत कंपनीकडुन मागवतो आणि दुरुस्त करुन देतो असे सांगतीले. आजतगायत ती व्यक्ती कॉल देखील घेत नाही. रिलायंन्स डीजीटल ग्राहक तक्रार केंद्र येथे विचारणा केली असता, आज –आज, उद्या-उद्या अशी उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे देत आहेत. अद्यापपर्यंत वरफुल कंपनीची वॉशिंग मशिन नादुरुस्त असल्याने मला नाहक मानसिक त्रास सहन करावा लागलेला आहे तरी, सदर प्रकरणी मला योग्य तो न्याय मिळवुन द्यावा ही विनंती

                          The staff in the store is highly untrained and lack product knowledge as I had personally gone to purchase appliances for my house but the staff attitude clearly showed disrespect and unwillingness to sell goods

                          I am really disappointed considering a brand like Reliance Digital keeping such staff with no check on them

                            Dell Laptop 2 years warranty expired before using . now keyboard is also not working and no one is attending my call.
                            when I purchase laptop the reliance guy told me that there is 2year warranty from reliance digital and 2 year of insurance is provide for this laptop.
                            but after 4-5 days laptop some key is not working and I told reliance gut and he tole me they will take care of this but now they are asking me to purchase warrant from dell.
                            only 2 months before i was purchase laptop and laptop keyboard some key is not working and buttons are completely push laptop.
                            so now i want to return this product but they are not attending my calls.
                            and the DM of this store is saying to me that this is electronic product once you purchase after that we are not responsible.
                            they provide me only a reciept of this laptop and saying this is the only bill.
                            My working is exaust because of this people please provide solution ASAP.

                              I went to the Reliance Digital store in Dwarka Sector 21 in pacific Mall on 8 July. I wanted to buy 4 ACs, 1 55 inch LG O LED 1 653 Litres Side by side Fridge 1 LG Dish washer 1 RO 3 25 litres Geysers AO smith . I also wanted 4 year Extended warranty plus installation. I met the store Deputy Manager Mr Ram Jadav. I had spoken to him several times before, . I had spoken to Mr Singh the store Manager several times before.
                              I booked a paid visit to my Flat in Dwarka Sector 4 Plot 15 Sanchar Vihar for 11 July between 11 AM and 12 noon.
                              Total value of sales was 6 lakhs app.

                              I waited till 1-40 PM no one turned up. No AC installation person turned up, I rang Mr Ram several times. He did not answer most of the time. Mr Singh answered once . I told him that I was waiting.

                              Reliance is a 3rd world country / 10 th world country company as India is one. Indian people do not understand the value of Time. My 1 Hour cost 10000 rupees. I had JIO Wi fi. That too I want to cancel because JIO/ Reliance is very arrogant . This happens because the owner of Reliance Digital pays bribe to the government and there is no punishment system in India. If these AC work men were forced to pay a penalty then they would not dare to act like this.

                              If all Indians were like me India would be top of the world . I take no non -sense from anyone.

                                This is Diwakar Dixit who purchased a Carrier AC from Reliance Digital (Nacharam, Hyderabad Branch) on April 7, 2024, during which time they had added AC brackets forcibly, which I was unaware of because I did not needed them as I had already had AC brackets of my old AC. Somehow, I was convinced that give the new AC brackets to the AC technician who visits for installation and they would purchase it from me; however, when the AC technician visited for installation, he saw the AC brackets and said they are of same side (left side), hence they are not o[censored]se and advised me to return back to the store where I purchased. I visited the store and submitted the unused AC brackets and showed them the Bill too. They immediately obliged and said that they would refund the amount of Rupees 899 /- within one week, but that did not happen till now. Till now, after so many phone calls and visits to the store, they have refunded only Rupees 700/- and I still need to get Rupees 199/-. I am trying to reach the person responsible or who promised me to refund the amount, but he has been ignoring the phone call. I do not know the name of the person, but I have the phone number which is as follows : [protected].

                                I request the concerned to take necessary action and help me in getting back the balance amount of Rupees 199/-.

                                I have purchased many things from Reliance Digital all these years, but this was a shocking behavior from the Reliance staff.

                                It was really a great thing to see that the complaint has been resolved. The person who was avoiding my phone calls, called by himself after the complaint was raised and paid the balance amount of Rupees 199/-.

                                  Despite reaching out to reliance digital team regarding a refund, my concern has yet to be resolved. I also have noticed fraudulent activity taking place at your store, as evidenced by the discrepancy on my bill. I made a payment in cash, yet it incorrectly states that I paid by card. It has come to my attention that this practice is being used to provide customers with discounts on their cards while taking the full payment in cash. (Tax inv n0-[protected], PaymentRefno[protected] dated 9/4/2024

                                  I kindly request your immediate assistance in rectifying this matter. I believe the proof I have provided clearly demonstrates the fraudulent activity taking place at your store.

                                    I recently purchased an LG C4 from Reliance Digital, Mudichur, Chennai. During the purchase, I was promised the best price by the sales executive, but the price turned out to be the same as Croma's. Despite this, I chose Reliance Digital due to our history of regular purchases.

                                    I was assured that the product would be delivered within 48 hours. However, this did not happen, and I was not informed of any delays. I waited the entire day for the delivery, which coincided with my anniversary. In the evening, I received a call stating the delivery would be delayed by another two days. This caused me to miss a special lunch reservation, resulting in a loss of INR 4000.

                                    When I demanded an explanation and compensation, I received vague assurances. Eventually, I was told I would be compensated with an LG webcam—a product I have no use for. Despite their promises, I am now being informed of yet another delay of one more day.

                                    This experience has been extremely disappointing, marked by mismanagement and false promises. I did not expect such poor service from Reliance Digital.

                                    I demand proper attention to this issue and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss incurred. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider canceling the purchase and taking further action.

                                    I hope they will give me a proper response and understand my concern.

                                      Hi I have ordered Symphony air cooler order no RDF62076984. The delivery date is mentioned as 1 day in Reliance Digital online portal However I received the cooler after 10 days after following up with the support tram repeatedly.
                                      The received cooler is in damaged state side cover is broken. I have called customer care multiple times and following up repeatedly for 15 days for replacement. No one cares about that.
                                      It's more than a month I waited for resolution and ended up not able to use the cooler in peak summer season.
                                      With no choice, I personally called the cooler company Symphony and Technician replaced the side cover for Rs 800.
                                      I need the 800 refund and also compensate for not able to use cooler for one month.
                                      Reliance digital support team seems to be spam. No one cares about the customer issues.
                                      The online platform misinterpreted the delivery date as 1 day which made me fell in trap.
                                      Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Sir, I am from Kadapa town, Andhra Pradesh. Today morning I went to Jio
                                        digital, which is located at 7 roads circle, 7 roads mosque complex, for converting my postpaid number to prepaid number. The employee asked me for Aadhar physical copy. I requested him the aadhar copy is downloaded from 'myaadhar' app and can be used for scanning purpose from my phone. For this the employee has arrogantly spoken on my face hurting my ego. He was very proud and shown his attitude towards me. I felt very bad and requested him to speak politely and behave decently towards me (the customer). Hence, to this plight of me I appeal to the Hon'ble Reliance authorities to take action on them. Thank You.
