Gst number not mentioned in the invoice.

Address: C-1414 , ANSAL PALAM VIHAR , GURUGRAM , 122017.

I have purchase a lot of products from reliance digital and everytime i purchase from them i get get credit easily whether it is about the igst, cgst or sgst.

I purchase a macbook pro 2019 in 2020 march and the reliance digital person told me that i will get the gst invoice of that product but till now i haven't received the invoice for the same.

I request you to kindly generate the same on urgent basis and send...

I placed an order for lg soundbar (Order no rdf[protected] on 12th july through reliance digital app and did the payment through upi mode. The money got debited back to my account but the payment status on the app was showing payment unsuccessful plz refund my amount initiate.

    As i have purchased a samsung smart tv through the reliance digital mobile app on 07/07/2020 with the order no of rdf03710644. When i have received the product on 08/07/2020 i came to know that i have received the wrong product within an hour i have raised the complain through phone as well as email to the concern customer service. But till today i didn't receive any product or else call from those customer service. Kindly take necessary action and solve my problem.

      For replacing a 1000 rs ear phone the store took one month and at last after pressuring them they are ready to pay the amount, it has costed me more than the refund for transportation.
      It has been more than a month still i'm going to shop almost everyday waiting for hours the customer service is has stopped responding to calls.

      Really worst experience with reliance when the company is booming so good with good number of investments, with this kind of customer service it is very bad

        I am so unsatisfied with the services provided by reliance digital. It is my worst experience of online shopping so far. I had purchased a water cooler last month and from. Them onwards i had been complaing regularly for it regarding defects, replacement and refund. But three seems to be no action taken now. Kindly look into my issue and refund my hard earned money wasted on purchasing on such cheap product

          I ordered and item 1st july 2020, and the parcel has to come come to my location by 8th july 2020. When i called the customer care they are saying the our team will contact you but no one has contacted and there was no intimation of product delivery from them.

            I took a phone iphone xr from reliance digital on 28th october 2019 and now it’s 11th july 2020... Almost 9 months and i was told that i’ll be getting back within 120 days n it’s more than 120 days... Still not recieved any cash back... I wz about to get 6000 cash back on my hdfc debit card and 2000 for there was a scheme from reliance digital total 8000 and not yet any cash back... Seriously not done!
            Lyk it’s not at all trust worthy... You people are breaking ur costumers trust... I want my cash back within 2 days 😒

                  Bought a HP laptop from Reliance Digital online store on June 11th 2020. It got delivered on June 14th 2020 but it was defective. So I approached customer support team and they asked to get DOA letter from HP service center. After getting DOA letter from HP service center, they initiated Replacement for defective laptop. Defective product was picked up from their delivery partner 'Ecom Express' on June 22nd and delivered to Reliance Digital delivery centre on June 26th. But till now my replacement product was not shipped and when tried to contact Reliance support team through both call and email, they are not responding. It's been almost 1 month since I paid for the product but they are cheating me by providing defective product. Original product order ID is RDF03048851 and the replacement product order ID is RDXR[protected].

                      I have paid rs 500 on 19/6/19 for purchase of laptop, but due to some uncertainty i was unable to. Today on 9/7/2020, i have come hare to buy a product in same relience digital store at lake mall kolkata but they have refused to adjust my deposit. They are now saying that it's was a 1 year old gift card.
                      My main question, in my gift card nothing is mentioned about the validity, also relience digital store has not informed me about the validity at the time of purchase of gift card.
                      If i consider that the validity period of 1 year has expired than also you should give 2 month extra validity due to lockdown because you have not given full 12 month period of redemption because your store has closed for 2 month of lockdown. Even in any other act period of stay by high court is excluded from counting the number of days.

                        Me and my friend had purchased two lenovo ideapad 330 model laptops (One each) from a reliance digital store in oberon mall, ernakulam, kerala on 29/11/2019.

                        The sales executive had explained to us that it had specifications as following:
                        Inbuilt 64 bit windows os, pre-activated 64 bit ms office, 4 gb ram, 1 tb hdd, 2 gb nvidia graphics, slot for m.2 ssd (So that we can later install an ssd from an authorized service center). Also, the store was offering 10% cashback on hdfc debit card purchases. Satisfied with the specifications and the offer we both purchased the laptops on the same date.

                        The issues began later on:
                        1. We never received the cashback. When enquired, the store asked us to wait for 90 days and also contact hdfc bank (The bank told us that the cashback was instantly credited, if not, contact reliance digital).

                        2. When we went to the authorized lenovo service center for ssd installation, then informed us that there was no dedicated m.2 ssd slot available for this model and that we had to replace the dvd drive and pay around rs 3500 for ssd (Hp model approved by lenovo) and then need to buy an extra dvd drive for around rs 2500 (Which would then put as on a total burden of around rs 6000).

                        3. We realized that the ms office installed for us was 32bit rather than 64bit as promised for us. This has many issues while we install various plug-in for ms word and excel. This compatibility issue was also informed to the reliance store.

                        Following all these, they had asked us to wait, and then the corona pandemic came and i was unable to visit the store personally and the reliance store became unresponsive.

                        We demanded compensation for this fraudulent transaction but never got a solution as of today.

                            Fraudulent transaction through credit card

                            Dear sir,
                            I have purchased one led tv and one dell laptop from reliance digital at tgip mall noida on 04.07.2020. The invoice number are as follows:

                              Hi,

                              I had made an order for a canon printer cartridge on 2nd july, 2020
                              (Order no: rdf[protected]. I was delivered the order on the same day, however, i have been provided with an old cartridge having a manufacturing year of 2013.

                              I have raised my concern at all the provided email addresses (In reliance digital site) and i was asked to directly approach the store which had delivered me the good citing a reason that the order being booked under "express delivery" category.

                              Nevertheless, i obliged and started making calls to the kharavel nagar, bhubaneswar store of reliance digital on their mentioned landline number as per the invoice. Even after multiple attempts, my call didn't pass through and i am not able to convey anything to them.

                              Under these circumstances, i had requested the customer support team to take cognizance of the matter from their end and make arrangements for an immediate refund at the earliest.

                              But, till date there has been no effort made by them to ensure a speedy redressal.

                                  I have ordered a logitech headset on 17 june 2020 order number rdf03167417, and till now it’s not delivered to me. So many time i have called your customer care but no body is giving me right information. I have even asked to cancel the order but even the cancellation has not happened. Every time i have been given the false hope that i will get a call back within 24 hours or i will get the cancellation confirmation, but all is just fake promises from reliance side. I have even formally raised the complaint and complaint id is com00385602 but still no response. I am very much frustrated and feel like i am banging my head on a wall call reliance digital. I am not sure what to do and i cannot expect such an unprofessional attitude from brand like reliance. I am pleading you to please look into this matter and either send me the headset or cancel my order. I have again today called the reliance digital customer service and raised the complaint id 47516304.
