I have purchased a new TV Set of LG Brand of model No. LG43 UHD Smart LED TV 43UM7600 at Reliance Digital store, Nacharam, Hyderabad vide Invoice No. [protected] . They had delivered the piece on 23rd June, 2020 for which your Technician opened the sealed piece on his own found and declared as defective piece. The same also informed to the company. After that Reliance digital people called us and said that they are taking approval for replacement with new piece in place of a defective piece and asked me whether any new alternative is required in place of that piece. I have confirmed that i will take the same piece. They have taken approval on 24th June, 2020 and informed that it will be delivered either 24th June, 2020 or 25t June, 2020 morning. On 25th June, 2020 (i.e., today) . But, when i spoke to them(namely : sindhya) about delivery they have replied adamantly that the delivery time is up to 22.00hrs in the night and will be delivered. Then i have requested them to take back the defective set and refund my amount to buy the set at another store . I have visited their store personally an discussed to take back the defective set and refund my amount. But, the store manager (namely : sai kiran goud)requested me that on apologizing about the matter and requested me to take the new set for which i have refused . But at the end of the day it was delivered for which i have signed as received . But i don't want to use the set even now as their service is very poor to respond my request. Hence, i am worried. Even now i would like to send back the set and interested in getting refund of amount. I have very strong feeling that Reliance Digital, Nacharam, Hyderabad Store has got a very poor team to address the customer and customer service and complaints. Advise and resolve .
