I am not able to charge my samsung a70 mobile suddenly from yesterday and since in my locality rliance digital store is closed.. How should i redeem extended warranty that i purchased from reliance store...?
Due to lockdown mobiles are now only mode of business and cannot afford to wait for your store to re-open...
I tried calling all the number provided by the store to get in touch but not a single number i could connect.
Pl help

    I have booked the complaint for my 2 split ac's (Ie.1 tr. Lg split ac & 1.5 tr. Panasonic split ac) for the cooling issue on 12th june 2020, on 13th june 2020, technician arrived at my place for that complaint. Technician find out the issue of leakage in gas in both my ac's through which he topped up gas in my lg machine and for panasonic he told me that it won't happen here. It needs to be done at their place for that it need to be take down both unit indoors well as outdoor of my panasonic machine. But it's been more than 2 weeks now, but nobody turns up at my place. I am tired calling customer care for that. I have called customer care for more than 5 times for the same issue but still the issue not resolved and technician not arrived.

    Today got a call from technician, but u won't believe how these Relliance Resq Team is working. That technician is from LG. These guys forwarded my complaint to LG Care. So he told me he won't be able to do that he is only servicing LG Machines not Pnasonic. Again my problem remains the same. And this time I am trying to call customer care for the same and to my surprise my call doesn't get connected. I have tried 2 to 3 times now.

      Thru your for store related queries number [protected] i booked a call for laptop in which back panel & screen panel has some issues (Got open where both ends of panels are pasted) on 12.05.2020 got request number [protected]. As said in sms nobody contacted me. Again i called the toll free number on 14.05.2020, they said laptop has to handed over to service center so i took the address of resq service center coimbatore & conformed from web page also. On 14.05.2020 after reaching the said address shocked to know that no such service center in said address. After so much efforts & pain i came to know that your resq service center was shifted to new premises six months back. Neither your call center & your web page are not updated still.
      In resq i asked about the address updation they replayed " it is job of goolge to update the address (Unable to understand the logic). Received a call from resq coimbatore on 05.06.2020 to hand over the laptop & the same is handed over on 08.06.2020 under request number [protected] booked on 12.05.2020. Received a call from resq coimbatrore 12.06.2020 asked to pay rs. 999 to dell india pvt. Ltd directly through neft, dell bank details are given to in sms by resq. I sent the amount through neft 12.06.2020. Transaction details asked to share with resq. I did. On 15.06.2020 received a call from resq coimbatrore asked to pay rs. 4669 directly to dell india pvt. Ltd through neft transaction details asked to share with resq. I did.

        I registered a complaint, and my complaint number is [protected]. One executive came on 27th june and checked the issue. I told beforehand that there is a gas leakage, still executive wasted one day on this. He said there is a coil related issue, that has to be changed so somebody will come to pick on 28th or 29th. Nobody turned up on 28th, and today on 29th when i called that executive he was so [censored] rude "baar baar call kis liye kar rahe ho".

        40 degrees of temperature and these people are so useless, that they send such executives. Now making their further complaint to their senior directly.

            reconnect ac issue complaint

            Getting f1 error in reconnect 1.5 ton ac..
            Complaint registered with reliance digital customer care toll free no. On 9th may..
            60 days now... 21 calls and followups... Issue still remains..

            Arrogant escalation desk..
            Ac was under warranty till 25may.. Complain registered on 9may.
            Service guy visits on 9june.. A month later..

            Post 9th june service of clearing dust..ac worked for 30...

            reconnect air condition 1.5 ton

            As you know the situation is not good in new delhi due to corona, and i didn't prefer a technical engineer visit at my home but due to family members i registered a complaint on 12th jun 2020 for the issue i am facing since apr 2020.

            Complaint is for ac (Reconnect) 1.5 ton which was not giving cooling and this issue is very frequent, you can see a long list of complaints against this since i bought it.

            Be aware!! Sales person here is a scam artist and will promise you the world. I bought a sharp 50 inch tv from this store on 25/06/2020. The sales person there convinced me that the tv is not android but has apps like netflix, hotstar and amazon prime. I asked to operate the tv and show me but he said that the remote he currently has is a common remote and not the remote for the tv. I was stupid enough to believe him and not check online.

            They installed tv on 26/06/2020. When i searched for apps, i found only youtube and web browser. I paid 10k extra just for youtube and browser. Which could be done using a cromecast, firestick etc for more features and less money.

            I went to store on 27/06/2020 and asked the sales person about his lies and misinformation on which he completely denied that he said anything like that. I will never believe any reliance sales person ever. I expected reliance to be little bit ethical.

            I talked to customer service there and he said that he needs to talk to his manager and will call me back. After my experience with the sales person i don't have much trust but hoping they will make a right call. I will update the review if they come through.

              I also add extanderd worrentey from them but now my tv is not working from last 3 month and no one resolve my issues

                Dear concern,

                As per my previous email i have purchased new lenovo laptop from your nizampura, baroda gujarat store yesterday evening 6:45 pm.

                At the time of demo the sales person nor explain me camera specification nor given me demonstration.

                I have purchased this laptop because my son is in 11standard and as per current circumstances of covid-19 his school and classes running online.

                So my basic purpose is clear screen visibility at the time of online classes.

                In this laptop my requirement are not satisfied so i need to replace with better quality camera with all other specifications like 10th generation, 5i, 8gb ram, 1tb + 256 sad.

                  I had tried to purchase an item from reliance digital and chosen the upi mode of payment. The payment was deducted from my account for which i have relevant proof but was not updated in order status. I was told money would be returned in 2 days. But that didn't happen, after multiple calls, all of which resulted in either being put on hold or given assurances, i had mailed their top executives. I have exhausted all forms of complaint with their organization and have n number of messages of them claiming to get back to me soon. Please hel one in getting my money back which they have stolen from me.

                    regarding my refund for a payment done using google pay upi

                    I placed an order for apple ipad on 18th june through reliance digital app and did the payment through google pay upi. The money got debited back to my account but the payment status on the app was showing payment unsuccessful.

                    Since that day i have mailed the customer support and the ceo 8 times and have called the customer care executive for 27 times. Once after a big argument they connected me to the head reena choudhary...

                    I have purchased a new TV Set of LG Brand of model No. LG43 UHD Smart LED TV 43UM7600 at Reliance Digital store, Nacharam, Hyderabad vide Invoice No. [protected] . They had delivered the piece on 23rd June, 2020 for which your Technician opened the sealed piece on his own found and declared as defective piece. The same also informed to the company. After that Reliance digital people called us and said that they are taking approval for replacement with new piece in place of a defective piece and asked me whether any new alternative is required in place of that piece. I have confirmed that i will take the same piece. They have taken approval on 24th June, 2020 and informed that it will be delivered either 24th June, 2020 or 25t June, 2020 morning. On 25th June, 2020 (i.e., today) . But, when i spoke to them(namely : sindhya) about delivery they have replied adamantly that the delivery time is up to 22.00hrs in the night and will be delivered. Then i have requested them to take back the defective set and refund my amount to buy the set at another store . I have visited their store personally an discussed to take back the defective set and refund my amount. But, the store manager (namely : sai kiran goud)requested me that on apologizing about the matter and requested me to take the new set for which i have refused . But at the end of the day it was delivered for which i have signed as received . But i don't want to use the set even now as their service is very poor to respond my request. Hence, i am worried. Even now i would like to send back the set and interested in getting refund of amount. I have very strong feeling that Reliance Digital, Nacharam, Hyderabad Store has got a very poor team to address the customer and customer service and complaints. Advise and resolve .

                          Purchased new Jio M2 dongle from Reliance digital online on 12th June 2020 and same has been received from maithili signet Vashi on 13th June.
                          But same is not working from 13th June and gave written mail to your customers care I'd and also called to customer care as well as your Vashi store but not received any response from them.
                          I request you to do the needful and arange replacement urgently.

                            My self chetan reddy, i have visited the store to buy a mobile, i had faced really unprofessional staff there. The staff at mobiles section - he was not letting me buy the phone unless i purchase the 6month extra warrety (Which was actually free of cost after i booked the phone through pick up at store option then nd there), one of the guy was not having the sense of covid-19 nd was behavior was not proper (Plz check the cctv photoage at around 1.00pm 21st june) ; it was a bad experience for me because of those 2 people. That 1st person i mentioned was showing me with his hand (Again nd again) to his fellow staff nd saying something - he literally tried to embarrass me even at the exit counter (Security check)

                              I hv purchsed reliance reconnect tv 39 cm. It works only 4 years. Later back light gone. Complained customer care. Service engineer visited and told to replace tube, which costs rs. 18500 without warranty.
                              From other collegue, same feedback received.
                              It's my suggestion not to purchase reliance tv. Very bad experiance.

                                I order bajaj frio portable air cooler 5 days back, my invoice no is d09y[protected] order no is qscpl-dt. The cooler is faulty, throwing water all over, noisy and product quality is very bad. Its been 3 days i am calling reliance cystomer care to pick this item up, i've not got any response from. Their side,, no notification nothing... Very bad servics. Wants product to be taken back as soon as possible and initiate my full refund.

                                  Order no. Rdf03167106 booked on 17.06.2020 with 100% advance payment still not yet delivered on the given address, tried to call your customer care and econmerce team but no positive response. Just says thatt we are escalating and will revert back. Also mailed my query to both mail id which are mentioned on your portal under contact us, from there also no response, just got an message that "will get response within 8 hrs" but no response from there too. So put reminder and again a fresh mail again same response i got. Now please do let me know where or which site i have to go and place the complaint.
