My laptop (it is a new branded Dell laptop and it's only 1.6 years old) got an issue suddenly which was in warranty period. Hence, I provided the laptop to Reliance RESQ since I bought the laptop from Reliance Digital, Perumbakkam, Chennai.
I handed my laptop to Reliance RESQ branch located in Nanganallur, Chennai on Nov 16, 2019. Firstly, they confirmed that the issue will be resolved within 15 days. But till date (12th Jun 2020), they have not provided the laptop to us.
Even they are not being provided proper response so far. The technician is redirecting to his lead, then lead to manager, then manager to branch owner and so on, but we didn't get our laptop back. Nearly, 7 months we are continuously following with the Reliance RESQ team and every time we will get the answer that we will get the laptop in the next 2 weeks. We are really frustrated, and we feel depressed due to Reliance RESQ unresponsiveness behavior. Still it is a mystery to us to know where our laptop is.
In this COVID situation without our laptop we are really struggling to do work from home.
Please do necessary action regarding this.
