My laptop (it is a new branded Dell laptop and it's only 1.6 years old) got an issue suddenly which was in warranty period. Hence, I provided the laptop to Reliance RESQ since I bought the laptop from Reliance Digital, Perumbakkam, Chennai.

I handed my laptop to Reliance RESQ branch located in Nanganallur, Chennai on Nov 16, 2019. Firstly, they confirmed that the issue will be resolved within 15 days. But till date (12th Jun 2020), they have not provided the laptop to us.

Even they are not being provided proper response so far. The technician is redirecting to his lead, then lead to manager, then manager to branch owner and so on, but we didn't get our laptop back. Nearly, 7 months we are continuously following with the Reliance RESQ team and every time we will get the answer that we will get the laptop in the next 2 weeks. We are really frustrated, and we feel depressed due to Reliance RESQ unresponsiveness behavior. Still it is a mystery to us to know where our laptop is.

In this COVID situation without our laptop we are really struggling to do work from home.

    I purchased a 65"lg tv in your reliance digital bm habitat mall mysore karnataka, as the lock down started after 3 days your people didn't issue the bill, warranty card and 24" led tv as they have assured, after enquiries they told that the above will be issued after lockdown. Now the it has opened still they have not issuing the above

        Dear sir,

        This is in reference to the air conditioner i purchased from reliance digital store on 17.07.2018.

        Warranty details which was demonstrated by sales person are as under:-

        Warranty details:
        2 year comprehensive: warranty includes defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal usage and care will be repaired or replaced or refunded at our sole discretion, with no charge for parts or labour.

        However, even 2 years has not been completed after buying the ac and it started giving trouble. Room was not at all cool even though we tried to increase the temperature.

        I called the customer care so much times but no one was able to solve my problem. On 21.05.2020 i sent a mail to reliance digital regarding the issue. After so much followup/calls/emails the ac gets repaired after 18 days of my email i. E. 07.06.2020
        However on 09.06.2020 it started giving trouble me again. I called customer care so much time however no one answered my phone calls.
        I am following up since last 20 days and now am not able to do followup.
        It has been realised to me that i have wasted money on this ac and so much time regarding the repair issue and still the ac is not working properly.

        Please accept my request to get my ac changed or refund of purchase price.

          Product: name reconnect
          1 ton inverter 3 star split ac
          Model xs-123b80

          Date of purchase 1st apr 2018

          This is a complaint mail against above mentioned unit.

          This unit is problematic since it was purchased.

          In 2019, when season started in march, the outer unit of the ac was not functioning. After attended by your so many technicians and engineers from time to time, it was found that the part of the one plate needed to be replaced.
          After 25 days, plate was replaced and it started working.

          This year in mar 2020, when we uncovered the ac, we found it again in non working condition. Its cooling function is not working.

          We tried to lodge complaint in mar 20 but due to lockdown, no one attended from mar till may.
          On 24th may complaint was lodged (No.[protected]) and since that date, 6 technicians have attended so far with no result. After 30th may, no one came to attend despite of calling on customer care.

          Your customer care services/after sale services are very poor. We would not suggest anyone to buy product from this company.

          Now we are sure that this unit is defective since the date it was purchased. No ac unit can be so problematic just in its next first season. We have spent so much money on it after its purchase.

          We do not wish to carry this unit any more with us. Also, we do not have got enough time to lodge complaints and talk to your representatives again and again.

          Kindly replace this unit with the new one. It is under warranty period. You can not consider the lockdown period from mar till mid of may.

            On 03/06/2020.

            In portal payment status shows "payment unsuccessful" but my amount got debited, have called customer care many times, got replay like will be refunded in 48 hours but now its 6 days still i didn't receive amount back....

            I have purchased hp laptop from a reliance digital store room at palakkad, kerala on 3rd june. Yesterday i noticed that the display is flickering when the charge goes under 70%• since i have to give my online university exam tomorrow i want the product to be replaced immediately. Right now i am wasting my precious time in the store instead of preparing for my exam.

              We have ordered a dishwasher online, the delivery date of which was stated as 4th June 2020. Multiple calls were made to customer care number[protected] only to receive a standard reply that the team will contact us soon. Emails have also been sent to cshead.[protected]@ril.com, BM.[protected]@ril.com & to CEO brian.[protected]@ril.com.
              All efforts are in vain, as there has been no response, and no acknowledgement of the money they have taken online for the dishwasher. Kindly DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Reliance Digital, as they are a thief company. Even local baniyas respond better, and have better customer service, as compared to the big RD. My hard earned Rs. 38, 990 at stake!
              Shame on the Ambanis!

                I have ordered a laptop from reliance digital online worth Rs 45499.00 with order no. RDF02579338. As per the guideline mentioned in reliance digital online portal, I have refused to accept the product, as the package was torned and the void seal was tampered. But even after 25 days I have not recieved the refund amount. Also the customer care executives are not responding my calls and mail.In app also it was shown that the product was returned but I have not gotten my refund yet.
                Please take necessary action.

                  I purchased a product from reliance digital online platform. I ordered the product on 28 th may 2020 and delivery day was 6 th june 2020. I have waited up to delivery date and it has been past two days of delivery date but up to now i didn't get my product. I have contacted the customer care and they tell we will get back to you later but no response came. Please cancel my product and refund my money

                    I have booked an ac & ac stands in reliance digital e-commerce app on 25th may 2020 vide order no-rdf02772954. As per the order confirmation & mail confirmation the products were supposed to be delivered on 27th may 2020 but till date i have not received the products nor there is any update on the same. I called the customer care multiple times and was told that i will get a call back but till date i have not received any call from anyone. Also i wrote multiple mails but no response from your side.

                    Surprisingly when i checked in the app it is showing the order status as delivered on 31st may 2020 which is really shocking for me.

                    I am completely clueless and searching for help.

                        I had purchased a refrigerator from reliance digital hrb-2964pmge. From reliance digital outlet, sambalpur, odisha.

                        When the refrigerator was deliver to me and a demo was shown to me it was full of dust.

                        Please replace the product asap, or refund the money, i believe i had paid for a new product and not for a used one.

                          I have bought a reconnect 1 ton ac from reliance digital store, arcot road - porur, on[protected]. Till eight days i don't get a single call from installation team... From the eighth day to till day, i get calls from installation team giving fake promises of installation the same day. Even today the ac is lying idly on the floor.

                              I have placed an order for lg automatic washing machine through reliance digital online portal on 28.05.2020. While placing order the delivery date was shown as 30.05.2020 but didn't receive any update on the status of the order till date. I called the customer care multiple times, every time the response is that concerned team will call. But no call was received from them. Final today i called customer care to cancel the order but status was incorrectly showing on website. No refund was initiated yet

                                I have billed ac for 40k amount at reliance digital chittore (Ap) but it was defective. Issue is not resolved after 3 months also. Demanding 20k compensation for the inconveniencecaused to the customer. Company is not giving the compensation along with refund of billed amount 40k.

                                  Excluding body all parts are got damaged.

                                  1. Already twice power ac - dc adapter is replaced.
                                  2. Twice inside mother board was replaced.
                                  3. Once display board was replaced.

                                  All above parts once again damaged along with motor.

                                  Multiple times complaints was raised but no proper response and technician visiting & giving a false statements.

                                  This complaint raised on 10th march but till now no proper response.

                                    I have purchased lg fully automatic washing from reliance digital vaishali nagar branch on[protected] & the executive aman confirmed me that i will get a 10% cashback of invoice amount rs.15965.31 on my hdfc debit card, but as on 4-6-2020 i have not received the cashback.
                                    We paid with hdfc debit card. They made the transaction at their end and assured us to credit the cash back within 90 days.

                                    Even after 6 months when we did not receive cashback.
                                    I have attached the invoice.

                                      I have placed an order for philips s1070/04 aqua touch electric shaver at reliance digital online store on 21st may 2020, order no:
                                      Rdf02727284 which is till date not delivered nor my order is cancelled and refunded.

                                      Local reliance digital store contacted me on 23rd may and said they have only one piece of this shaver and it is used for demo piece. So they won't deliver it. When i asked him to cancel the request he said he can't do it. From then on daily basis i am calling reliance digital customer care asking them to cancel my order and give me refund of my money. But everytime they say they can't do it and will update the same to sales team who will look after my request. But even after 10 days my order cancellation is not happening.

                                      Everyday same story from customer care - they can't cancel order as they dont have that power and i will get a call from sales team. But i didn't get any call till now or my money back. I even mailed to [protected]@ril.com & cshead. [protected]@ril.com but no use.

                                      Can someone help me in getting my money back from this pathetic digital store. I order this from reliance as i didn't want to support non-indian web store like amazon but now it feels like my thought was wrong.
