I bought a lg ac 1.5 ton last year may from reliance digital store in kothapet, hyderabad. I have used the ac for 1 month in summer then after we did not use it. This year when summer started in april when started using the ac, it is shutting down after 30mins evrytime. So i tried reaching reliance digital customer service and lg customer service as well. But there is no response as there is a pandemic situation i guess. So 2 weeks back lg service people came to check the problem and they said the problem is with the installation. The reliance people who installed the ac did not install it properly itseems and because of that gas leaked and there were s no gas left in ac. That’s the reason ac is shutting down. Lg technician said as the installation is not done properly reliance installation technician should reinstall the ac properly and fill the gas as they did not install it properly before. I’ve informed the same to reliance costumer care and they said they will send a technician in 2 days and fix it asap. It’s been 2 weeks no proper response from the store or the customer service. Everytime i call they will ask the problem and promise that they will send a technician next day for sure. This is going on from 2 weeks but no progress. When i call the store everyday they give a technician the t incharge number to call and when i call i will have to explain everything everyday and they promise me that it will be fixed in a day or 2. I am fed up with this. I need a resolution immediately. My family members are fed up with this and asking me to take the ac to the store and return it. Either you guys fix it immediately or take the ac back and return my money or replace this ac. This is not how you guys treat a customer.

    no refund of my cancelled order till date

    I have purchased mobile modle lg w30 pro with order id order # rdf02702290 on 19th may and cancelled the order over phone on 24th may to customer care as the product was not delivered till 24th whereas delivery promised date was 22nd may. Customer care asked mr to simply deny the delivery from ecom when they try to deliver i did the same on 29th, the day finally ecom tried to deliver but again i got twice delivery attempt on 30th may and...

    I booked a samsung refrigetor on 30.05.2020. My order no: rdf02864303. When the time of booking it shows the delivery date is 01.06.2020. Till now i didn't get any confirmation or any conversation regarding delivery. Also tried your help line there is no conformation regarding delivery. Really i am disappoint regarding your process. Shall i get the product today or no

      I have brought iphone 11 on 26/01/2020 from reliance digital, elante mall chandigarh. As mentioned by hdfc to receive cashback of ₹6000 within 120 days from the transaction month but i haven’t received my cashback till now, it’s more than 120 days. I hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

        I have booked an ac & ac stands in reliance digital e-commerce app on 25th may 2020 vide order no-rdf02778638. As per the order confirmation & mail confirmation the products were supposed to be delivered on 27th may 2020 but till date i have not received the products nor there is any update on the same. I called the customer care multiple times and was told that i will get a call back but till date i have not received any call from anyone. Also i wrote multiple mails but no response from your side.

        Surprisingly when i checked in the app it is showing the order status as delivered on 31st may 2020 which is really shocking for me.

        I am completely clueless and searching for help.

        I believe Relisnce digital is least bothered with regards to customer grieviences. I am trying to reach the ecommerce customer care also znd made some 100 calls but none bothers to respond. Now I believe that I have to lodge complaint with consumer forum court to get my problem resolved.

          Reliance is one of the indian wide company but customer satisfaction is the very worst service. It's regretted to inform you that i have purchased one ton panasonic ac on 14/03/20 (Before covid-19 lockdown) from reliance digital mudichur tambaram branch chennai.ac installed on 17/3/20 but there's no cooling (Fan only running) came from the day of installation, immediately a complaint raised in person at your showroom on 18/3/20 and there is a response from you. During the lockdown period again raised a complaint on 11/5/20 and also panasonic company customer care services. There's no fruitful response from you and also panasonic company, no one technician and service engineer not attend the complaint. Again directly came your office on 23/5/20 complaint raised by your staff by name sunitha (Store support person) promised that 26/5/20 complaint will be attended. There is no technician came and daily we are calling to reliance digital store the above-said staff there is no technician come to attend the service complaint about the past 78 days (2.5 months). The purchase of ac purpose not fulfilled in my family and we have babies and kids, in summer how can we there in a hot room. I have also complained in consumer forum and toll-free number every call and your messages are taking a print out and recorded. I have to complain in your reliance digital la portal too. I request you to once again to take the necessary action to solve the complaint immediately.

            I have ordered a laptop on 25th may 2020 on reliance digital mobile app and i have requested for a cancel on the same day as i ordered a mistaken one. But their customer care staff are just hunging up in between conversations after hearing cancelation and i have wrote an emain to their customer care and their customer care head who is first escalation and their ceo who is second escalation as they mentioned in their app, but nobody even replied. Neither they provided cancellation option in app nor they are picking up my number after i cann for 30 times in 1 week as they noted my number and directly hunging up. This is the worst customer service i have ever seen in my life.

              It is to inform that I placed an online Order of Hitachi 1 Ton 3 star Kaze Plus RAW312KWD Window AC through reliance Digital Online Shopping vide Order No. RDF02816673 dated 27th May, 2020. The expected date of delivery of the product was Friday, 29th May, 2020 but till date the order was not delivered neither any update was received through SMS or email.

              2. In this regard, I called Customer Care Number of Reliance Digital on[protected] and [protected] but they are also not able to trace that and they are not able to help me in this regard.

                I ordered kent maxx water purifier from reliance digital but first ordered delivery done late after keep on calling for days and now i am waiting for installation but no body is coming to install my purifier. They’re just giving me false promises everyday that engineer will definitely call and come. When i asked that i want to return this, they said somebody will call back and book my return but no reply.

                    Supposed to be delivered on 16th may but till date there is no change in status of the product which shows it is under transit. They advised to refuse if i do not want the product to courier partner and i did.
                    Tried reaching them countless times to cancel my product and initiate the refund process. Every
                    Time i called they assured a call back in next two hours. Though i received call just once 12 days back assuring refund initiation within 24 to 48 hours. Its been 14 days since.
                    I kept on calling almost every day also wrote several mails for the same. But never got any response.
                    Now they have shown installation completed without even delivering the product attaching here the screenshot for your reference.
                    I’ve started looking for legal options for the same as i’m left with no choice.

                      I have placed order on 23rd may 202 in reliance digital site. But i didn’t receive till yet. It is express delivery which i selected. Within 48hrs, order should be delivered. I am trying to reach customer care from last one week but no response. And also i dropped multiple mails to their customer care and head of customer care dept. But i didn’t get any response from them. I tried to cancel order but there is no option to cancel order in online.

                        Hello everyone

                        My name is mohit dalal living in new delhi i have purchased a panasonic inverter ac model cu-us18sky-1 from reliance digital on[protected] of 43102 rs from the day one it has problem and i am saying to replace it from the day 1 of purchasing the inverter ac but no action taken on that they always repair it and after 2-3 days it start creating fault or it gets problems again and again but no one listen me to replace it as its more than 3 years it still is not repaired that it can work properly and i a consumer of reliance digital and panasonic company did not find a proper resolution till today i now writing to all of you that its your all fault not replacing it and by doing small repairs that it could run 1-2 day but no proper solution today i am in that stage to destroy it in front of panasonic head office so no other can buy such a product its filled gas 100 times its being repaired 100 times but still its not working its pcb has been changed but still its not working you can check from your database that how many times i have complained about from the 1 of purchasing it. Now i am seriously filling a case in consumer against both the reliance and panasonic doing worst service and not replacing a product in its warranty period and doing fraud with a customer.

                        I am attaching proofs of mails i sent from the day 1 of purchasing about it that it has many faults and must be replaced instead of repairing it 1000 times

                          Purchased jiofi jmr541 through online (https://www.reliancedigital.in/) on 20-mar-* and paid online. It was delivered on 8th may but unfortunately with swollen battery. I called to customer care 25 times for the replacement they told that it will be replaced within 8 working days. Even i sent mail to cshead for the same and even sent the reminder mail 8th times. But i am still waiting for the response. I request them kindly provide the replacement of faulty battery, i can't use it even after spending money for buy it.

                            I ordered an apple pencil from reliance digital online store. The person from their punjagutta, hyderabad store delivered it when i was not at home. When i get home i find that the packet is not sealed and once i try to connect the pencil it doesn’t work or charge at all.

                            I’ve mailed, sent fb msg, tweeted and called them many times since 26.05.2020 and they have not responded once. They have dumped a used non functioning item and now refuse to communicate.

                            The store is saying they are not responsible even though they billed it and i have the receipt. No one has contacted me for resolution. It baffles me how this company is operating without giving an ounce of care after the sales have been made.

                                I have purchased a 190l fridge from reliance store (Sunteck grandeur, sv road). Paid money but the item was not delivered for the next two weeks. I kept inquiring but not given the proper date of delivery or status. Then lockdown happened.

                                Again when they started delivery two weeks back, i received call twice that they will deliver but did not deliver. Called their customer service numerous time just got a robotic answer, my manager will call you. I wrote to head of customer affair and ceo but yet to receive any response.

                                Reliance is completely third class company. Trying to copy western standard but completely fail and zero to execute. Just by having foreigner ceo, you don't become first class. You need to have it in your dna and at all levels of your company should be customer experience focused.

                                I guess no point trying to teach donkey how to sing. I am short of complaining to the police for fraud.

                                  I had ordered a laptop from reliance digital online store. But during delivery as the seal was tampered and package was torned so refused to accept. I Contacted the customer executives regarding refund and they said refund will be processed after product recieved at ware house. But even after 13 days of returning of the product, refund not processed by the company. I tried to contact the customer executives regarding it but they are not responding my call or email of mine. I have already sent minimum 5 mail and attempted to call for 3 days. Very frustrating service from reliance digital online service. Please do need full to my solve my problem.

                                    I ordered 2 ton ac online and got it promptly delivered next day. But for installation no response either from reliance digital or whoever supposed to fix it. I understand from unreliable sources that it may take more than 4days for technician to respond. This seems to be the problem with reliance digital. They have no after sales support and they are happy having sold it. People should be wary about ordering /buying anything from them. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction. Thanks.
