I purchased qled 60r 55 inch on 22nd dec 2019 still I have not received my offered freebies Samsung sound bar. When I ask showroom no response. Need immediate response please. I have also given complaints in your customer service but no response for that too.
I need my product to be delivered to me at the earliest please. Awaiting for your favourable reply.

    I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard crystal water purifier as on 01/08/2019 under warranty of 2 years.

    Request no-[protected] opted from reliance digital resq service centre for service of aquaguard waterpurifier.

    The technician from reliance digiatl resq service centre was come on sunday 05/01/2020 at my residence but he has not adequate (Booster pump) equipment for service of aquagurd and told me that he will come on monday 06/01/2020 at 11:00 am with adequate equipment (Booster pump), but he has not come on 06/01/2020 monday.

    I have contact to reliance digital resq service centre customer support executive and ceo (Bm. [protected]@ril.com) and mr. Pradyuman padhy, they have explained me that kindly arrange booster pump or fix valve in tank at your own cost, in return i have explained that kindly arrange your technician at 8:00 am in the morning when water source available for service of aquguard, but they have denied for the providing service in the morning at 8:00 am.

    Then, i have asked for them to kindly provide the booster pump or fixing the valve through your resq service centre technician, they have also denied for the same.

    They are reiterating in their (Resq service centre) statement and does not providing the service to product under warranty.

      I bought a washing machine from reliance store and was advised to take extended warranty and wonderful coupons that come with an extended warranty, which could be used as a discount for products in the store.
      I, therefore, took an extended warranty for 2 years. I later went to the store to buy other items and presented coupons. I was then informed that these coupons can only be used for 6 months (I was well under this period) and only for the service and parts discount, but not for any discount on other purchase.
      I was disgusted by this reply because for a sale sales team promised me the world but when it came to delivering, there was an issue. Yes, it may be true that coupons cannot be used however failing to explain properly at the time of the sale and over-promise of the service, seems like lack of training or lack of professionality in the organization. Even the manager could not assist. I was hoping maybe the manager may be sympathetic and professional.
      I had people from australia with me and they were present during the whole ordeal. From the initial promise of coupons to refusing the coupons.
      It not about the discount or coupons but doing what is right. Therefore this reflects on reliance digital.

        I purchased panasonic 43GS490DX on[protected] from reliance digital Viviana mall, Thane location. Tax invoice no.[protected] dated[protected] which was delivered on 29th September 2019 & installed on 26th Dec'2019.
        On 14th Sept 2019, As we were looking for the Samsung TV sales person named Pawan came and told us we will get the same features of Samsung in panasonic which included netflix, my wife specifically asked as the icons did not show netflix. he said that app is not yet added but you can add it later. so we purchsed the TV & refridgerator on 20th Sept 2019 inspite of the sales person being on leave we asked him to mention his name in the sales as he had taken lot of efforts to make a sale. Then when we installed the TV and Mr.Dinesh came to install my wife asked him to add netflix but he said as we did not have wifi it cannot be downloaded he told my wife that once you connect the TV with wifi you can download. My wife then called the panasonic service center to ask how to install netflix after connecting to wifi the service center lady said that netflix cannot be downloaded on this panasonic TV. Then we called the Reliance digital and also visited the same for complaining regarding the sales person.But the sales person and even the manager denied the verdict that he had said there is netflix which can be installed in the Tv and also denied the exchange.

          I have purchased one Philips induction stove on 02 feb 2019 and it is in warrenty period.Today I went Reliance Digital Bikaner from where I have purchased with complaint of temperature not increasing 120 degree onward.
          One of Reliance executive came, her name was Miss Kritika.CRM and confirmed that they can't help at all, she suggested to go to philips service center for further enquiry, even she is not able to confirm that where service center is and whether it is open or not because today is sunday.
          She confirm me one address to go and when i went there it was closed.
          I feel harressed undue because of your employee behaviour.
          I was not expecting from Reliance Digital employee.
          Many times i purchased from chroma and if fault came during warrenty period they taken the product and send to the service center to check.I just hand over the product to chroma people and after complition of work i collect from chroma only.They never refered to any other place.

          Please take up this issue, I need complete resolution because I do not have time to run on this issue several times.Instruct your executive to collect from my home and get it repaired or change whatever possible.

            Purchased SAMSUNG TV, MODEL-58RU7100, dated December 29, 2019 from Reliance Digital Limited, Outer ring road, Marathali, Bangalore-560037. The sales personnel sold the TV mentioning Samsung Mobile A10S is free with it. However, after the purchase they told the stock is not available and we will get the delivery in the next 4-5 days at the max.

            Now, already 10 days passed. They are giving false pleas for not providing the mobile till now.

              Engineer came and repair my water heater but it is still not working properly.while repairing one item was left, i asked him to place but he said it not required . Later i got the call from servise desk, i told it not working properly even i got the call from engineer, he said okay i will send to some one .still i m waiting.very poor servise while i have purchased rconnect.

                I raised a complaint regarding washing machine on 14 december 2019, my product is under warranty and on visit by technician, he said i have to pay for part replacement, even after covered under warranty. At last i have to pay inr 550.0 for part. After my insisting for invoice for same, i got a slip for service with no signature or stamp on it. After part replacement, technician said wire also needs to be change as it is bitten by rat, i agree to pay as its not company fault. But as on day my washing machine is not working. Even my complaint is closed with no intimation to me. On my various calls, new request got open. Request no [protected].

                Is it a good consumer service. Will i ever purchase a reliance product. One of the worst company experience i had in my life.

                  The person came on 28th Dec 2019 to install 55 inch TV. Only one person was sent and I could clearly see the struggle to install such big TVs by single person. I am not comfortable with the installation and handling and feel it will have consequences on life of the product.
                  Therefore I am not certifying the installation and registered a immediate complaint on toll free help line. I was assured the resolution of the complaint within 48 hrs. I have received calls and was informed that senior engineer will visit but till date nobody visited. The installation is not complete and despite purchase of the product I am not able to enjoy it.
                  Matter serious and U would like to share this experience on public forum with photos and direct complaint to higher authorities in Reliance Digital.

                    Followed up every 30 min with store manager, customer service, delivery people made me a fool, no delivery done! Apart from that they said i rejected the delivery today!

                    With great difficulty got the product managers are so hopeless they couldn't arrange an installation as false promised @ the time of purchase... Even after following up repateadly and he promised he made arrangements for late installation let the package come and iam to suffer... Full day gone waste... Waste of effort, surprise gift gone waste! Awful service! Sai, khan, sukanya are to be blamed, from sharat capital city mall store.

                      I have booked a connection as per advertisement made by bigtv in on 2nd march, 2018 with deposting rs 500.
                      They promised to install by 30 to 45 days and remains payment i e rs 1500 is to be made at the time of installation of set top box.
                      Big tv failed to install by the time frame but keep on promising to do so soon.in january 2019 the day come and istallation was made. But the amount they charged now was rs 1750 instead of rs 1500 as promised in the beging. After some months they changed the name to independent tv and few more months later the services were stopped and again they promised to start telecast soon. Now they have even stopped the customer care service. And leave no room to lodge complaint.

                        Product is reconnect 32 hd smart led tv releb3207.
                        Its the second time the tv stopped working again the same issue of panel the screen showing black screen only sound is coming and its only been 2 months the last panel was repaired this shows how cheap quality reconnect brand is.
                        Refund my money or else replace this in a week because not again i am gonna wait another month for replacement of panel, last time you guys took 1.5 month just to replace a panel

                          I purchased an lg 55 in tv from reliance shop in orion mall, brigade gateway, rajaji nagar bangalore on 1st november 2019 against a scheme wherein the tv was bundled with lg sound bar and a sharp 32 in tv. The bill copy is attached for reference

                          The lg tv was delivered along with the sound bar however it was told that the sharp 32 in. Tv will be delivered within a week. However after a long wait when the tv was still not delivered i inquired from the shop and was told that the stock was coming soon and the delivery will be made. Since the promised delivery did not happen on further calling, the store kept giving vague promises and i was left with a feeling that the reliance store in question has no intention to supply the same.

                          The necessary bill is attached to this complaint for your further action.

                            On 20.7.2019 i bought a canon 80 d dslr from relience store in silchar. They didnt provide us warranty card instead they told us to visit store again and again.in fact they lost the warranty card and didnt accepting that they lost the warranty card. So irresponsibe behaviour of that store employees they dont have and responsibility. I will never buy anything from that store again

                                Respected sir i had buy a samsung tv on 14-12-19 in shimoga outlet at the time of buying the product you employee pradeep he is sales team leader he was telling you are getting a 1year for whole unit 3 year warranty for pannel after delivery of product you will get warranty documents but i afterwards i didn't got any documents. After that i had visited your outlet to ask about warraty information now he is not ready to talk to me he is telling you are getting only 2years warranty i can't do anything he is misbehaving with me. Plz solve this problems and take action against him plz don't fool the customer. If they didn't provide the warranty then i don't need the product

                                I was asked to pay Rs 400 for installation and demo charges while purchasing the product. However Sony provides this service free of cost which was not informed.
                                They have hidden this fact about free installation and demo session being provided by Sony and tried to get money from me for the same thing. This is cheating.

                                  Dear Customer care officer,

                                  I wish to bring to your kind notice about my experiences with Reliance Digital Services aspects.. I hope some sensible person from Reliance will look into the matter and help me to resolve the matter as soon as possible and justify the monies you have collected from me.

                                  1. I bought a HUL water purifier from Reliance Digital Stores in Ambience mall in Gurgaon, along with it I also bought 2 years AMC/ extended warranty, wherein all spare parts, electronics, services required are to be covered on 24th Dec 2017. I felt happy when I bought this, as two of the best business houses products, one is Hindustan Livers and Another is RELIANCE. But my basic expectations are shattered the way your team handling my one single issue.
                                  2. I had observed the GK2 blinking during last week of November and after 3 days ( service request no:[protected]. Surprisingly, after days’ time I got a message that service request has been completed.
                                  3. Again on 24th November, I called Customer care and registered a complaint, I think the Complaint no is [protected].
                                  4. Some body ( Bipin pandey) has visited and taken the details of my water filter, taken the pictures ( stating that he got the instructions that he has to do service only) and gone back without doing anything, stating that someone will visit with spare parts of GK2 & others and will replace the faulty ones and also do service at that time.
                                  5. Subsequent to that I got a message from Reliance digital stating that complaint got cancelled due to non-availability of the concerned person.
                                  6. Again on 1st Dec, I called customer care and complained.. They have registered the complaint. I have stated that in my hope old parent and small children are there, at least I should give them the good water.
                                  7. I got an sms after a day that “ we regret for the delay in getting the product HUL water purifier ultima mineral RO+UV. The concern has been logged with reference N… ( No. was not mentioned ) .
                                  8. Again after two days, I called and registered a complaint. During that time your customer care agent mentions that there is no spare available and spare has been ordered with HUL, within 1 to 2 days it will be done.
                                  9. However, I called them again after two days, as I got a message that “the complaint is closed based on my request”. Which surprises me, neither the rectification of the complaint is not done by Reliance team nor I have requested Reliance to close the complaint. How come it can happen “ perhaps it can happen only with RELIANCE DIGITAL”
                                  10. Again I spoke to Call centre registered a complaint [protected]. I got a message that within 48 hours, it will be assigned and solved. However, no body turned up till date to attempt to solve the problem.
                                  11. Once I got a call from Reliance after 4/5 days ( may be around 7th Dec or so), stating that they are calling from Reliance head office to check that the rectification is done or not ?? When I told them the fact that neither I got a call from service team nor anybody from reliance has attended to rectify the problem. They assured that immediately they will revert to me with the status and again assured that problem will be solved in next 1 days’ time.
                                  12. Surprisingly, history repeats… I called your call centre again on around 10th Dec to enquire about the status. As usual answer sorry for the inconvenience… your agent states that they will speed up in next 48 hrs it will be resolved.
                                  13. Pl note that my WATER PURIFIER STOP’s WORKING since, 10th/ 11th Dec.
                                  14. We started buying the water.
                                  15. Today ( 17th Dec ), I called your call centre again to enquire the status, as usual answer in English… And issued a new complaint no [protected]. Every time a new complaint, even the old complaint is not resolved. This shows the way the customer care team bluff’s internally and also towards the customers. I feel that the complaint no’s are being closed after two to three days in your system, perhaps, senior guys are not even aware that the complaints are resolved and closed.
                                  16. What surprises is its close to a months’ time and no resolution from RELIANCE. It’s a breach of trust from RELIANCE. It’s unfortunate that you are not able to address a basic stuff and talk big.

                                  I would request once again for an immediate resolution of my problems, failing which I left with an escalation and exercise my rights as a consumer.

                                    I bought a phillips garment steamer from reliance digital treasure island mall bhilai chhattisgarh. They sold me saying that it works for all type of garments. After using it i found that it is not working on my clothes. I went back to the store. They are not ready to exchange it. And now they are saying this works only on blazers, not on cotton clothes.. All my money went into vain. This is highly unprofessional of reliance. I am a regular customer and i am treated in this manner. Kindly solve my problem.

                                      I will tell things what happened with me inline
                                      I went to buy a laptop there comes cunning fellows sayings different things to buy whatever u want anyway final decision is ours.
                                      First they told me that we open laptop infront if at all there is any defective we will replace on the spot. I checked everything except keys of keyboard. So i went to my place working with my new laptop i came to know one key is not working properly i immediately called reliance service they told me that store is going to close u can come tomorrow. It's not even one day happened i went in morning those # guys behaving oddly saying u have to go to customer care, we can't replace u etc etc even they wasted my entire time almost half day. Such an unethical guys i don't know who hired them entire team is #. Better u don't buy anything from digital instead its better to buy lenovo website or amazon. Ohh sorry i forgot to tell i buy a laptop lenovo s340 amd ryzen version. Final thing they wont at all care about warranty o[censored]r products they almost forced to buy one year extra warranty for the price of 4000 which they wont care about ur warranty. That's all guys i wrote entire thing coz of i spent 44k this pains alot as i didn't get any service that solve my problem. They don't care about customers.
