I had purchased an LG 50K 50 NU885B on 14th Jun 2026 from Reliance Retail Limited from Phoenix Mall of Millenium. The TAx invoice no is THOR[protected]. I was told by the salesman that the delivery will be made with in 7 days at the time of purchase. He said the delay is due to lack of stock. This was told after billing and the payment was collected by credit card. I was told that the product will be delivered within 7 days at the max. The salesperson Balaji made a note in the internnal document in Hindi stating 7 days Baad. When questioned he said that was internal purpose.
He aslo provided me a number with name Balaji [protected]. When I tried to dial this number from 23rd JUne 2026, I get the message that incoming has been barred for this number. I tried calling the store numberm but no one pick up that number. When I tried calling on 25th Jun, of your sales person told me that the product stock is negative and someone will call back. I received a call from another person called Salman who saidf the delivery will be made by 15th July as there is no stock available and there are some 26 orders pending. he offered to replace the product with Samsung which was not acceptable to me. Her said will tray to give it by 10th Jul and later by 05th Jul.
This has been my first purchase from Reliance in a long time. I have been deceived, ignored by your sales people. The person never apologized for the delay from their end, lack of communication. Before calling the store I had also called Reliance central number, but was told that I called the wrong number and person named Aryan said he will raise a compliant and I will get a call back for the same and a message. I did not get any call back and message for the same.
I want a full refund of the all the itema bought and also want Reliance to take back the sound system delivered and reverse the cresit card transaction.
