One of the worst services provided by Reliance Resq. They cheated us and their engineer broke my tv and completed service update on resc apps.

I placed an order for a Samsung 32 inch TV via Reliance Digital via order RDF2143239 for TV model (32T4050) back in Nov 5, 2022...However Reliance delivered a different model 32T4450.
The samsung guy (from Reliance) came and did the TV installation but he also did not point it out.

I bought a LG a/c 1.5 ton on 27th may 2022, it got installed in 29th may 2022 and i found that a/c is cooling like a 1.5 ton ac to a small room like 11X10 sq feet size, out of which 30 sq feet is wadrobe, so net size is 80 to 90 sq feep . Room is almost empty having one sofa and one chair and study table.

I have been complaining from day one, have visited 5 times to showrrom and they are only good to listen you but dont act...

Hi Team,

I placed an order online through Reliance Digital on 13 Apr 2022 with estimated delivery date as 14 Apr 2022. The order is confirmed and received shipment tracking details in email on 14 Apr 2022. Even after 5 days now on 18 Apr 2022 the product is not delivered and neither the tracking information in updated in system. I checked almost every hour in a day to see the status of the product. April 5, 2022 - Received an email saying that it has been shipped, with a tracking link. Later, it showed attempted delivery. However, we live in a flat, and there is a security and CCTV cameras. There was no evidence of anyone trying a delivery.

We had bought an AC which was to be delivered by apr 1. It never arrived and on constant calls to customer support, they just create a complaint but never actually take any action. After 8 days, they said the product is not in stock and cancelled the order. The item was showing in stock and there was no proper response about the cancellation. On escalating this issue to 2 levels, they just send back a pre formatted email without even looking...

I went to bought LG refrigerator in reliance digital store sonipat on 21 Mar 2022. Salesman told me that fridge comes with extended warranty and can not be sold without extended warranty. They swaped my card even before the billing and later gave the bill quietly in a paper bag.

I came home and found out Rs 1999 have been charged separately and when check online this extended warranty is voluntary....

We have purchased TV on 2017 at ambattur branch of reconnect tv.with extended 5years warranty.
Still we having warranty upto 1 year,
Unfortunately we have problem with tv panel for this service person saying we cant able to repair and will refund of 20% from bill amount. Which he told is not far.
In this 3 years there are multiple problems in reconnect tv
We trusted reliance but its fell like wrong decision....
