incorrect emi charge for cancelled order and no refund

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I ordered a product from Reliance Digital website on 05-Apr-2024 named "Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro" amounting INR 25, 749 (Rs. 33, 749 - Rs. 8, 000 instant discount for EMI) under Debit card EMI scheme but due to delay in delivery and no updated regarding order from Reliance Digital I cancelled the order on 09-Apr-2024 which was within their timeline and intimated bank on 10-Apr-2024 to cancel the EMI. I bought refrigerator worth 54k and not delivered after many days. Store guys not picking call and when in called support, they said there is no purchase order on my name. Do I need to visit store again after paying money and request them for delivery ? After payment done, I need to beg ?
THIS IS RELIANCE AND THEIR TEAM FOR YOU!

Update : It seems they are not even reading review and just posting copy paste reply. I clearly called customer care and they said, no purchase done . They can't do anything as they don't find any history.
I wish I could undo to buy product from reliance. This was my last purchase from Reliance.

Update 2 : After several try they finally picked up call and have no idea about refrigerator. 3 guys came on call one by one and asked mobile number and said, I didn't buy any refrigerator. And then hung up call saying we will update you.

    I have purchased an AC from Reliance Digital on 19th of April. I am still waiting for installation.

    Being its Reliance, I took the risk of buying assuming better service but they are sick people sitting at the service centre

      AC installation not done even after 4 days of delivery

      Address: Infinity Mall, Malad West, Mumbai

      AC was purchased from Reliance Digital showroom in Infinity Mall, Malad West, Mumbai on 20th April 2024 and got it delivered next day on 21st April 2024. It's been 4 days of delivery and still have no updates on the installation of AC (which they promise to install within 24 hours of delivery). On their ResQ app status reads as Allocation of technician is pending from 21st April and does not change in the past 4 days.

      Have ordered an air cooler from the Reliance digital site on 17/04/2024(Order No:
      RDF[protected], and will ordering it was given delivered by tomorrow ie on 18/04/2024. They have given delivery to another company called Shisy. Delivery guy came to deliver the product on 18/04/2024 to hoe and they he was telling that he has forgot to pick the product from the warehouse. And was telling will do the delivery tomorrow.
      Next day I called the Reliance customer care and explained them the same. Customer care team was telling to wait until EOD and it we be delivered by EOD.
      I did get the delivery on there given delivery date. And called the customer care on 20/04/2024 and asking for the update, the same we raised the complaint and asked we wait for 48 hrs to get any update.
      After telling that I have already waited for 2 day and I need wait another 2 days . They say this there process. If you want you can wait or else you can cancel the product.
      This there attitude of resolving the issue .
      Worst service and all fake promise. Customer care people are were rude and they wont give any solutions to your concerns.

            I bought IFB AC on 29th March 2024. AC delivered on 5th April 2024. AC installation yet to complete.

            Even after many follow up with sales person, store manager and installation department no one take seriously.

            According to sales person AC installation take place with in 48 HRS of delivery.
            According to Installation department within 4 days after deliver installation take place.
            Even after 5 days of delivery there is no one contacted me for AC installation.

                I have ordered an Iphone 15 plus at Reliance digital online on 04/04/2024 and it has to be delivered within 3 hours as i ordered through insta delivery option but immediately after 3 hours, I got an email from the company that it will be delivered by tomorrow(05/04/2024) and the afternoon on the same day(05/04/2024) the company itself cancelled the product without any concern as it was out of stock.
                As it is an emergency for me and also it is a huge amount Rs.75284, which is deducted from my account and it is written that 7 days for refund to be initiated in email sent after cancellation. As there is no fault from my side I definitely need refund immediately and it has been already 3 days since the product got cancelled, I don't want to wait more and it is huge amount for me, also an emergency right now as to switch to my new phone.
                Atleast if the refund amount should be initiated immediately so that I could buy from any other platform.
                *even though it is said that the product was out of stock and now at present or even before they still show that it is in stock and we can order that product, Such a fraud platform.

                I did not expect this kind of service from reliance digital especially online platform.terrible!!
                hope I will get my refund asap.

                I have ordered my iphone 15 plus through reliance digital online store on 04/04/2024 at 10:40am and in the invoice, it is promised that it will be delivered within 3 hours(reliance insta delivery option) and after a while i received an email saying that the product will be delivered by tomorrow morning(05/04/2024)
                immediately i contacted customer support through call about this issue as it should be delivered in 3 hours on same day and they promised that they would deliver it by end of the day but it is not done, also I emailed them about the issue but no response.
                Today(05/04/2024) there is not even a single update in order status and also no response from customer support.
                At the end, I definitely want my product today at any cost as it is very urgent for me, they literally went from 3hours of delivery to no response in delivery such a bad experience from Reliance digital

                  Many people faced the issue while claiming the product into Extended warranty at #Reliance #reliancedigital . one of the Branded stores.
                  They said at the time of purchase of products on date 3rd of May and the extended warranty said any issues occurred in the product they would repair/replace the product.
                  No one was told at the time of product terms and conditions at the store.
                  When the product is not repairable they need to replace it but are denied replacement options,
                  Now they are offering me like they will refund EXTENDED WARRANTY AMOUNT 1499 Is this kind of fraud with customers? Also, they said they would refund 40 % of the product's net purchase value. And they will take the product in custody of #reliance.
                  How fair is this?
                  I asked the many people who are in my contact and purchased from Reliance even though they also faced the same issue while claiming. That means no use of that extended warranty is the waste of time and money
                  On 26 march am raise complaint That for cooling issue.
                  From last 5 - 8 days they are like we can not do or ignoring the customer consern
                  Though my product was in warranty they took the service charges of 472 rs
                  And technician told cooling coil is bitten by rat. But I don't see any rat at my home.
                  I have doubt How how can rat bite the coil means that quality is low.
                  Product is not went through quality assurance.
                  This happens with me 2nd time when they denied
                  Am one of those who is facing the issues while claiming the product in an extended warranty.

                    I have purchased an ac with extra warranty for 4 years. Today it's 5th April 2024, since 9 days I have booked for ac service. No one is picking up my call, later a service guy pics up the call saying will come tomorrow, it's been 9 days, now he is not picking up. Even tried contacting reliance digital Udupi, one of my worst experience. They saying sorry we cannot provide u the service, it will take time.

                      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by the resq team and to request assistance with initiating the return process for the products i purchased.

                      The contact person assigned to my case is puja, whose contact number is [protected]. Unfortunately, puja has been unhelpful and rude throughout this process, frequently shifting blame onto others and failing to provide adequate assistance. Despite my efforts to address the issues i encountered, my problem remains unresolved due to her actions. Furthermore, puja has obstructed my attempts to speak with the appropriate personnel and has neglected to furnish essential information such as the branch code or email id.

                      The installation of both the sony tv and ao smith water purifier, purchased on october 16th, 2023, was delayed significantly due to puja's incompetence. Moreover, the installation was performed incorrectly, resulting in the water purifier malfunctioning and posing health risks to my family.

                      Despite repeated attempts to communicate with the resq team in vizianagaram, andhra pradesh, puja and her colleague revathi have been uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. Their behavior has been unprofessional and has only exacerbated the situation.

                      Given the unsatisfactory service and the defective product, i am requesting a full refund for the ao smith water purifier. I am willing to return the item to your store at reliance digital, visakhapatnam, or arrange for its collection by your team.

                      I urge you to address these issues promptly and take appropriate action against puja and her team. Unless these matters are resolved to my satisfaction, i will be reluctant to continue patronizing reliance digital in the future.

                      Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in facilitating the return process.

                        I had purchased New Haier AC by spending Rs:45, 000/- from Reliance Digital and it's stopped working within 10days and there is no support from both Reliance Digital and Haier company even after calling multiple times.
                        When I called Reliance Digital they speaking very carelessly you can raise complaint but no proper response in addressing issue....

                        Yesterday in the evening we purchased a 3 inn 1 SANDWICH MAKER--RECONNECT FROMRELIACE DIGITAL PHONEIX MALL VIMAN NAGAR. I had specifically asked about the insrtuction booklet and we were told everything is inside and the product has 2 yrs warranty and if there is any issue we will take it back and replace. On opening the package we did not find any manuel or any thing. I informed the shop that if there is no instruction booklet I want it replaced.                           Hello,

                          I have been delivered wrong tv . I was earlier said in SMS that they have 2023 model TV and I was fraud by giving me nov 2023 manufactured 2022 model. I did not know until the LG showroom people told me about the same that LG65QNED80 is 2023 model which has processor enhancements, we have music discovery options and better settings options. Overall 2023 model we wanted but reliance digital kathriguppe Banashankari 3rd branch pin code 560085, the tv salesmen jayveer provided wrong model to me.

                          We need complete replacement with latest 2023 model without any extra cost as part of solution to the complaint or a full refund of the tv purchased by taking back this 2022 model TV

                              At first, we have to wait for 15 minutes for someone to fill Diesel in our Car. And after this the Employee of Reliance Petrol Pump denied to fill the Air in the Tyres and he said the Air is not available as the Machine is not working. Adding the photo of the area.
                              This is not good. Please ensure that this should not happen with someone else.

                                This is in connection with defective 65" TV replaced by Samsung
                                However I would like to point out that I after first trying hard with Reliance Digital Prabhadevi store to get the required service for repairs made several times on my own and failing to get any response /.support as stated under, I had to write email to Customer care, MR. Vikas Kanojia, Mr. Arvind Thakkar, Mr. Umesh Shewale andd directly to Samsung explaining in detail. I received positive response from Samsung almost immediately. Before that I had to suffer and struggle to get any service from Reliance Digital staff on my own. I write below my experience step by step.

                                I was compelled to visit store personally as i did not get any help or response from the sales people. Upon visiting the store and raising my voice I was directed to Mr. Ajay Kumar Dubey, deputy manager who listened to my problem and assured me to help. After waiting for almost one week and failing to get any phone call reply or help I tried calling him on his mobile number but he never answered my calls and asked Mr. Vikas to call me and leave a message to me that I should stop calling him and henceforth talk to Mr.Arvind Thakkar for any follow ups.

                                I did not get any satisfactory response from Mr. Thakkar also, as my several calls went un answered accept on two occasions first at 8 pm he told me he would call me as he was very busy, and secondly at about 12 pm when again he said he would call me as he was driving to store. On both occasions there was no call back. I would also like to add here thaton 2nd December 2023, when I had personally visited the store and met Arvindbhai he he himslf had sent message to resQ from phone ( request no. [protected])which stated that my issue will be resolved within 48 hours which was not resolved til today and neither any one called or came to resolve my problem.

                                There after I was advised to contact Ms PRiyanka Naik . I tried calling her on [protected]. After making continuous efforts to call her she never accepted my call but once when she told me she would call me next day, which she never did.

                                However after all the unsuccessful attempts I obtained personal number of Mr. Priyank Agarwal a senior executive officer of Samsung, and started communicating with him directly. Mr. Priyank was very kind enough to hear my story and till the end answered all my calls and helped me get a replacement for my defective TV for which I am very much grateful to him.

                                As my TV was replaced under one year warranty by Samsung and I have paid for four years extended warranty for which I failed to get any service from you, and the sold TV is not with me any more, Reliance has no right to keep my extended warranty amount. I therefore request you to refund my rightful amount immediately failing which I will be compelled to seek help from consumer forum, and write to nodule officer. For your further information I would also like to inform you that I am having all records of WhatsApp chats with above concerned people which can be provided any time if need arises.
