[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Repair services of washing machine

We brought a whirlpool washing machine under extended warrenty from Reliance Digital and resq services. It suddenly stopped working. On service request, it was taken by them for repair. Its been more than a month and they have been giving the same reply that the parts have been ordered. I dont understand how long does the order shipment and delivery takes. Its almost been around 45 days. Complained to the CEO and reliance higher authority. No solution obtained.
