I purchased haier inverter ac in March 2025, from reliance digital, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, my registered mobile number is [protected], in the name of Dr. Ajay Kumar Rana, I lodged a complaint for non functional ac at the customer care number, on 28th August 2025, in response to this, on 1st of September representative from reliance service visited and found the compressor faulty and initiated replacement of the same, since then multiple verbal, telephonic and personal visits at the reliance store are made, with no satisfactory response of the complaint. Mr. SHAILENDER, head of reliance resq Rudrapur has been irresponsive and negligent to my complaint despite multiple telephonic attempts. No clarity is provided regarding the new ac compressor, my ac is not functional since more than 3 weeks now, and this is highly negligent, irresponsible and callous on part of reliance digital and reliance resq team.
