I have purchased lg 1.5ton split ac on[protected] also we added AMC for 5 years from reliance digital
we bpought it for Rs 9, 000/-
after one year on[protected] we request wet service from reliance but even after 7 days they are not able to provide
service whihcis under AMC
they have taken Rs 9, 000/- in advance but they are not giving service after request
Everytime i am calling kamla nagar showroom- they are saying we are doing, wait for 1 day moreover
complaint which was raised on 26 May 2026 They have closed it on 03 may 2026 without technician visit.
When i ask them why did you close the ticket they said due to technical glitch it was Closed please raise new request
We have done AC service from third party as they were not able to rovide service after taking Rs9000
Request you to check the issue and refund our Rs9, 000
