Reliance Digital — Misleading Sales

**Extremely disappointed with my experience at Reliance Digital!**

I purchased a Moto G96 5G yesterday from the Reliance Digital store at AMB Mall, Hyderabad. The salesperson specifically told me that the second SIM slot could be used for a microSD card to expand storage. Based on this information, I went ahead and bought the 128GB variant.

This morning, when I tried to insert a memory card, I discovered that the phone does NOT support expandable storage at all! This is either deliberate misinformation or a result of having completely untrained staff - either way, I'm the one left dealing with the consequences.

I'm now stuck with a phone that has limited storage because I trusted what your salesperson told me. Had I known the truth, I would have either chosen a different model or opted for a higher storage variant.

This is unacceptable! Whether it's misleading sales tactics or poorly trained employees, the customer shouldn't have to suffer for Reliance Digital's failures.

**My advice to everyone: Think twice before shopping at Reliance Digital. Do your own research and don't trust what the sales staff tells you.**

I regret not verifying this myself before making the purchase. Lesson learned the hard way.
