Reliance Digital — Mobile Power Bank issue

Address: 14-2/5 Plot No.3c , CTM Road, Madanapalli

Iam purchased a New Mobile Power Bank at Reliance Digital @ 16.10.2025 . But Charged To Full LED blink show. After next day I Charge from Power Bank to My Mobile, after 2 hours it's Showing Single LED blink of Low Battery. 18.10.2025 I have to Online Complaint to Reliance Online Service team, after 10am Some of Local Reliance Digital Person Called and Said Each Person not Same Answers of Service and MANAGER.
I sent the Bill of Product and All I talked Voice Call to you.
Also What is I sent to Reliance Digital Online Complaint Pdf Copy.
