Reliance Digital — Refund not happening

Hello Sir,
I had purchased Havells RO in Reliance digital show room in phoenix mall, BANGALORE with 3 years extended warranty. Two months Back it got serviced with Havells engineer bill amount was Rs8098. I paid money to Havells now I should get refund from reliance digital office. I produced the bill personally in reliance office phoenix mall, BANGALORE. Manger said with in 48 hours you will receive money nothing happened many times I went personally nothing happened. They are least bothered about customer most irresponsible. lot of Golmaal in refund office, I feel I did mistake in purchasing product in Reliance digital, phoenix mall Bangalore. I will never recommend reliance office to anyone.

I had no option to go to CONSUMER COURT to get my money.
