Sir,
Inspite of my repeated correspondence with cs head and various other person to get my acrepaired and further recieving email from
cs Head escalation assuring that it would be repaied yesterday itself no technician turned up for reair.
Hence I finally called up the reair center and asked why it is not getting repaired he told me that it can not be done under extended warranty as wires have been damaged by rat so it can not be covered under warraty wheras for the same problem lg person had done the repair without cost under guarantee why you can not .
I therefore request you to take a fianal decision in this regard and get it repaired today itself as the matter is pending for more than 5 days and we are having sleepless night.
In case you are not repairing my ac under warranty please refund my amc amount of Rs 11000/-
so that i can get it repaired at my own cost

on the above matter i would like to inform you that the matter of repairs of my extended warranty remains unsolved even after 5 days.
I would further like to have your coments on the following points
1) the extended warranty had started from 01/03/2026 and this was my first comlaint on29/03/2026 complaint no 4920597 which is remaing unattnded since then. Here i would like to inform you that this type of complaint was attended by LG previously also and they had repaired the same without any cost to me, Then why you are not attending my complaint.
2) Incase you are going to get it repared then let me know the date as due to rising tempratures we are having sleepless night which is a very sorry state ofoaffair inspite of paying so heavily about Rs 11000/- i have to face so much of problems had i been knowing this i would have never takeen this warranty.
3) In case you are not willing to get the work done then kindly let me know and in that case you kindly refund my Extended warranty amount so that i can get it repaired at my own cost. Your indecsion is putting me in a big inconvinice.
Hence I finally request you to kindly take a final decision and reply me at the earliest as the person in reliance store is telling me he is not autorised to give any reply in this regard

This would simply result in a case of breach of trust and contract. I therfore request you to kindly get the AC repaired at the earliest otherwise I will have no other options but to take the matter with the consumer court
