Previously had a Jio Fiber connection at my old address, but after moving to a new location 6 km away, I found that Jio Fiber is not available. I requested a new Jio Airfiber connection (Order No: NO000112OVHQ) on June 11, 2024. However, there has been no update on the installation status. Additionally, I requested the cancellation of my Fiber connection and asked for the amount to be adjusted as a voucher for the new connection.
It's been 10 days with no progress. Despite regular calls to customer care, I keep receiving the same response: "We have escalated the issue, " with no resolution in sight. I escalated the issue and received SR00001YZFH7, but have not received any follow-up call as of June 20, 2024, 2:00 PM.
Finally Airfiber connection is installed and now Fiber connection is still not disconnected and no one called or visited yet to collect the devices.
The service has been disappointing.
