Reliance Digital Tv — installation not done

Sir/mam,
I have ordered reliance digital tv on 8 aug 2018, they said it will take 30-45 days for installation, but today19 oct 2018, my dish installation not done yet, i called to. Customer support many times, everytime they says please wait for current week you will recieve call from dealer or your dish will be installed, but after complaining many times i haven't recieved any call and installation still pending, please install my dish or refund my prebook amount,
My order id for reliance digital tv is 14557356,
